Very good experience. Their product is exactly what they advertising. Perhaps a bit expensive, but I am satisfied with quality. Very easy to mount. Fast shipping.

They need to give more instructions and sell some special tool o cut their panels across.

I also didn't expect that instead one big panel you will get two cut into two parts which are different size. This is not indicated anywhere when you are ordering them. I didn't expect that these two parts are slightly different size, I found this out only when started mounting them. This actually made me to change my plan and I had to order additional panel.

I absolutely love these wood panels. The quality is excellent, and I even enjoy the natural scent of the wood in the room. They look incredibly stylish and luxurious while still adding warmth and softness to the space.

I installed them symmetrically on both sides of my bed, and the effect is amazing. Visually, the room feels taller, more elegant, and somehow softer and more inviting. At the moment, only one side is installed because I was waiting for the rest of my order, but even with just half completed, I can already tell the final result is going to look stunning.

I also want to mention the company’s customer service. Any issue or question that came up was addressed immediately. It's so refreshing to work with a company that is responsive, responsible, and genuinely easy to communicate with. They made the entire experience smooth and pleasant.

Highly recommend both the product and the company behind it.

It was a pleasure doing business with WoodUp. I was pleasantly surprised by their followup and their video made just for me. Everything came faster than expected. Easy install since my wife did all of the measuring and cutting. I did my own lights since I find theirs too expensive. Love the shelf.

It was very nice to receive the samples ahead of time so I could be sure of the color. I took me awhile to make my decision but we are very glad we did it. When putting the panels on the wall I noticed one box was labeled Brown not UT Brown and was a little upset at first because the Brown box was slightly lighter than the UT Brown but we were doing 4 rows of 5 panels so I just spaced them one on each row and it looks beautiful. We decided to screw the panels on instead of glue and they are letting me send the glue back so that is great. It was easy to work with everyone and liked the personal video we received from Wood Upp.

Product is amazing. Unfortunately on two separate orders, accessories were either missing or broken.

Love the Akupanel product. Easy online ordering and quick delivery. We installed it on our feature wall in the living room which not only made it more beautiful but also deadened the reverb sound.

I received the sample and I can tell the quality is superb. I also saw other accessories that can go along the wall panels. Worth checking the website for full fledge of products.

I purchaced the 2 models of the Embrace collection. Excellent quality of product, service, quick and available to communicate with, uniqueness of product, available accessories, good install instructions and videos and lots of positive commenrs after I installed it.

I was very impressed with the customer service and how quickly my order was shipped. The products look even better in person than they do online! 5 stars!

I initially ordered 2 samples from WoodUpp prior to placing an order.
I then placed an order for a slightly different color than the samples shipped, and I was disappointed with the product. Both of my samples had wood grain on all 3 sides, but the product I ordered only had wood grain on the face of the product, the sides are just esposed MDF, and look terrible.

If you look at the pictures they provide on the website, it is VERY hard to tell that the sides of the wood slats are not wood grain - and just a MDF board. Looking at the picture now, you think - it looks ok. In person, it look much worse. The description is also not great talking about letting you know that the sides of the slat walls are just exposed MDF boards.
I messaged their team asking for help. While they do offer returns, I am responsible for shipping and insurance to send it back to them. I tried to point out that the website and description aren't very up-front about which products have wood grain on all sides, and which products only have wood grain on the face (the exposed MDF looks terrible) - but they didn't seem to care, nor have they updated their website to make it obvious.
So I am now debating on if I want to put time/effort into staining/sealing the MDF edges, or send it all back on my dime.

Customer service is excellent. Great communication. Products are innovative, clean, and as advertised! Only reason I gave it 4 stars, not 5 stars, is that the user experience could be improved. The tutorials are not super clear. Some common use cases could be improved. For Example: For 9ft walls, you have to cut additional panels to fill the gap, which they say you can do, and they have examples of. But the staple points that connect the wood and the felt are too far apart, so when you cut 13” strips, most of them only have one staple, forcing you to glue or re-staple each slat back together. This could have been fixed by spacing your staples closer together or by warning me ahead of time and I could have added staples myself. Like I said, unclear instructions. I’ve installed plenty of things and my friend that helped me cut and hang the panels has done construction himself but we still missed that detail because we didn’t realize the staple was the only thing holding the slats on. Made our install 10x harder.

That said, the quality is great and the look is great and the customer service is great. I just think there’s room for improvement on the instruction/ installation guide side of things.

The communication from Woodupp was great. I had issues with my delivery address because the website could not validate it, but they were quick to respond and take care of the issue. The product is good quality, although too expensive IMO. The Akupanels are easy to work with and I really like the look of our finished wall. I like the accessories that you can add to the panels. Everything arrived in perfect condition.

Stain on Walnut is still inconsistent. Also, one of the panels was scratched with what looked like a knife cut or razor.

Great communication with the company and the product is great.

My end to end experience with WoodUpp was great. Their support answered all my questions quickly and even sent me a personalized email notifying me when product I was interested in was back in stock (shout out Elaina M.!). The product shipped quickly, was easy to assemble, and is high quality. I am very pleased with my purchase.
