Great insight on resume & interview tips. I have successfully gained interviews and job offers in Sydney after learning some tips from Workhap.

Have been trying different methods from other websites for 6 months and I did not get any response from any hiring managers. After changing my mindset , I attended the 3-day Job Search Summit and learnt a lot of useful tips from Workhap. I successfully gained offers and attention from the hiring team through my new resume!

GHA: A Life-Changing Investment

As an international grad student with less than 4 months to graduate, I was desperate to land a job. Joining GHA was a big financial decision, but it was worth every penny. By the end of my program, I had a job offer in hand.

The strategies, personal advice, and amazing cohort made all the difference. Sho's dedication to each of us was incredible. The resume, LinkedIn, networking, and interview tips were game changers. I thought I knew job searching, but GHA showed me I had a lot to learn.

While other students in my master's program struggled to find jobs, I always felt a step ahead. Luck plays a part, but being prepared is crucial, and GHA prepared me. As a fresh grad, I secured a project manager position, and I owe a big part of that to Sho and GHA.

A quote that sums it up: "Give a man a fish, and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish, and you feed him for a lifetime." Sho truly taught me how to fish. GHA was an investment that paid off big time. The personalized guidance and support I received were invaluable, and I highly recommend GHA to anyone serious about their career.

All the content given is very useful, however there are three aspects that I found differentiating about working with Sho and his team.

First is that Sho helps us fight our limiting beliefs. One would not think one would get those extra gems in a program like this and I think he helps us find confidence in ourselves and see the potential we have that sometimes we ourselves do not see!

Second is that I truly cherished that he checked in with me about 8months or so after the program was over. It meant a lot that he checked on me - I had been applying but I was getting the feeling that I was not doing something right - , I was not expecting that and I think that little message and his extra tips and hints helped me finally cross the ts and dot the is to continue get the ball rolling and thanks to that and the dedication I finally got a new job and I am super happy that I am now leaving a toxic environment, and getting a higher salary and much better conditions!

Lastly, I also do cherish that he helps you put things into perspective and makes you realise that mental health is super important and that we should look for an environment that is healthy, more than anything else.

After 1-2 years of struggling to transition from pediatric OT into tech with no direction or traction, I joined GHA which was easily the best decision of my career. I initially had my doubts that my situation would be too difficult to crack, but here I am eating my words - I received two offers from my top 5 companies, and I accepted a full remote tech sales role that I am SO excited about!!

Sho, Ji, Coach G, and the Workhap team have made all the difference not just with their HR/recruiting expertise, but also with their support and involvement throughout the program. GHA is a great combination of thorough didactic material/resources, group coaching, and personalized attention for every unique situation. I know I’ll reuse these skills and tools for the rest of my working career.

I didn’t buy any of your products, I live in CZ and the exchange rate is not really in my favor, but I watched every single video you made about interviews and salary negotiations. I signed up for GHA after saving Sho’s reels for years but always thinking I’m happy enough. That happy enough path eventually led me to a full blown breakdown where I abruptly quit my job without a plan or savings or job offer lined up.
