Sho is so down to earth. Doing this program really changed my life. I was struggling to find a new job, and I got to a point where I was undervaluing myself. As soon as I started workhap I found myself landing more interviews getting more phone calls. When you really think about it a program like this, that helps you land a new job, a good salary is way more than worth the investment. With the tips I learned from this program I was able to negotiate an additional 15,000 on top of what I was offered. The skills you learn in this program are skills that you carry with yourself forever. I can’t describe the security feel when you’re no longer afraid of job searching and applying because you feel ready and confident in your ability to find something new and not feel like your resume keeps getting thrown in the trash. This program is a time saver, a stress saver, and most importantly, a money earner. Sho’s videos have been super helpful and informative. I watched a range of videos regarding pre interview prep, interview questions & responses and negotiating offers. All the videos have collectively helped me achieve a great job offer recently. My favourite video would have to be the negotiating techniques and tips as I was able to negotiate perks and higher salary which was above the budget the company specified to me. With the increasing power of social media and the infectious role it can play amongst those absorbed can have a profound experience and impact for the viewer or follower.

I was that viewer. It all started when I wanted to move out of my current position as a senior reporting analyst. Skills such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake, etc, were technical aspects of the job that I personally wanted to learn more of as I slowly gained passion for visualizations, storytelling through data, as well as query and coding, however my current role limited the right amount of immersion that I needed to express and demonstrate those skillsets.

Fast-forward to the evening, where I am exhausted from an 11 hour-a-day work week, doom-scrolling on Instagram as if I didn't need any more screen time. I came across Workhap and was reeled in by Sho's unique page, devoted towards landing dedicated followers and viewers their dream job. I started off by clicking random reels and videos on his Instagram page, shockingly realizing just how apropos and relatable these videos were for me as I was looking and seeking to get out of my current job. But I didn't know where to begin.

After following Sho's IG, receiving alerts for every new post, I soon realized that there was a lot of work to do before just applying for the position. So, in turn, per Sho's magical yet rational and logical advice, I began to expand my skillset with free courses that I did not know my company could pay for, to earn those certifications and practice. A few months down the road, I finally received multiple professional certifications - right in time for my year-end review.

Through this process, Sho & Co, through only watching their Instagram videos, helped me effectively KNOW MY WORTH as an employee. I had given my team the needed breadcrumbs to know that my skillset is expanding and that the trajectory for my career path should involve these skills in an immersive arena. I was then given projects in my current role where I could execute these skills and have some practice while I was working.

Eventually, I was ready for applying and had gone back to Sho's IG and viewed more relatable videos on the application process, how it works, and KEYWORDS to use. The power of Workhap guided me through this process, eventually landing the position.

This company and team are a gold mine. And this is coming from someone who independently viewed Workhap's IG for self-benefit; had I known about enrolling with them and their programs directly, I would go back in time and do it all again.

What made this experience great was that after the videos, I felt a lot more better about myself. I realised I was qualified for a lot of the roles I was applying for but just lacked the self belief. Not only was the coach going through each step in a detailed way, he also was pretty much my hype man - it was almost therapeutic!
