I come from a corporate banking/middle office strategy background and a situation came up at work where I realised that I did not feel fulfilled in my current role and I started looking for the next opportunity. I had stumbled across Sho’s videos on Instagram, which were short and easy to consume. After several months of searching, I had received three job offers, and finally selected the last offer to come through, which was in investment banking. It was definitely a stressful process, but Sho’s videos definitely helped me navigate this, particularly the videos in 1) managing/juggling different job offers, 2) salary negotiations with HR/hiring manager and 3) general job, application process, including CV and interview prep. I ended up doubling my salary and I couldn’t recommend Sho enough, and would imagine having one-on-one sessions with him to be extremely helpful (especially as I found a job, even through just watching his videos). Super nice guy as well and I’ve recommended his videos to all my friends :)

Sho is great at teaching skills that will help you for the rest of your life. You really need to put the work in, but with what Sho teaches you will know where to put the effort!

I have joined the 5 days masterclass and it does help me a lot and I managed to get a permanent job with 50% increment. I have used all the tips especially on the interview part and salary negotiation.
They asked about my expected salary and I asked what is their budget. Eventhough there some huge gap between my previous job, I can negotiate the salary by using all the tips that is shared by Sho and team.

I have been following Sho on IG since I started looking for a new job and I’m so glad I did! I literally studied his videos and took notes and practiced interviews with my boyfriend. I learnt also how to negotiate, write a good cover letter/CV and how to reply to rejection emails (because let’s be honest, we all get them!). I took his advice, word for word and landed my dream job in an industry outside what I studied and had been working in for the past years. To top it off, I also managed to negotiate my salary and I wasn’t scared to ask because of how Sho prepared me to “sell” myself! Thank you so much Sho! I hope you continue doing what you do, to help others find their true potential and dream jobs!

I wouldn't have thought to tell the story that landed me the job before Sho's advice. It hadn't occurred to me that it was even relevant to what they were looking for - because it was a story about being successful in a role that is technically adverse to the one I was applying for. I started to follow Sho on Pinterest while I was studying for my master's thesis. I was almost broke and I needed a job asap. So, I followed all of his recommendations and tips, I rewrote my cv, focusing on my previous job achievements, I followed his interview do’s and don’ts, I wrote a thank you email after the first interview as he suggested, and I got the job! Bonus point I’m not even graduated and I’m already starting as a Specialist in the Finance field.
He is brilliant, helpful and all of his recommendations are so spot on.

With GHA I was able to identify what really fulfills me at my work and being able to do a job search around this focus. The linkedIn profile and resume reviews are helpful in making myself stand out. Highly recommend Sho’s Zero to Hired book! It’s the holy grail of job hunting and provides step by step guide beginning from networking, prospecting, interviewing and negotiating offers! Helped me land my dream job!

I don't think there was a single process that didn't matter during the interview process. However, I am hired successfully based on the Hiring process that I learned from GHA and the attitude that you emphasized that I was positive about myself.

I had made the decision last year that I would not work another holiday season in retail. I found workhap on social media and decided to invest. Best. Decision. Ever.
I worked in the same retail company for 15 years and could not make any traction to transition to corporate. I felt like it was all I would be seen as, regardless of the different roles and responsibilities I had. Sho and his program opened my eyes to the fact that I was more than retail.
I learned to showcase specific transferable skills and tailor them to the type of role I was looking for (no sales and tech).
With the retail schedule and physically demanding work I was unable to really utilize these tools, I assessed my finances and quit my job to be able to have the time and energy to dig deep into the program and execute.
In less than a month I can now say I am out of retail and into HR tech. I used every tool at my disposal that Sho and Workhap had and it was key to my success and transition. If you are looking to transition industries, don’t think twice.

First of all I always messed up the interviews at the first question “tell me about yourself” because I didn’t get what they really wanted to hear from me. I started learning the questions and answers from workhaps videos and started using them in the interview process. My CV was also one of a kind. I changed it and focused on the points that are important as workhap is teaching. I got sooooooo many interviews! That was crazy. In the end I had three offers. The next step was the negotiation and thank god I did it 😅 in the past I was just taking everything I could get. Now I have a good paying job with good conditions. Thanks again! Made me understand the process behind the interviews. :)

I knew Sho through a friend of a friend so right off the bat, it gave me a sense of credibility. I was in the GHA program this year. Let me start off by saying I had my doubts for online programs that are like couple months because I was not a believer in change happening in short periods of time. BUT I WAS WRONG!!! GHA taught me SO much in a span of couple months. And after the program, I not only got one but THREE amazing job offers (all for the top companies on my list) and I had a huge salary increase! I cannot thank Sho and his team enough for everything bit of detail and care that was built into the program. Thank you Workhap!
