I have to say the service I received from Logan was excellent his ability to get the itineraries just right is brilliant, I was looking for a honeymoon in the far east I gave him what i thought I wanted and he came back with better. His patience when I kept changing this and that is admirable. Sadly I was unaware that my new inlaws had already booked us a honeymoon as a wedding present.not to where we wanted to go but beggars can't be chooses. Thank you Logan

Hi everyone. Is case you're wondering if you should take a chance with this company like I was last year this time, I can 100% confirm it was one of the best decisions I ever made for booking an amazing holiday for a special birthday celebration with a group of school friends. I was searching for a carribbean cruise initially but I just couldn't find one that included the countries I wanted to visit or one that sailed in the month of October 25 so when I saw this multi-destination package for Dubai, Singapore and Bali, i thought WOW, this sounds perfect and best of all it was at a very good price. I must admit, my first thought was 'this can't be real', 'its just too good to be true'. I immediately started to do my research and made an enquiry to World Holiday Vibes. From the very first text message with them, I was very impressed as to how professional they were, I had loads of doubting questions but they continued to re-assure me everything would be included and I had nothing to worry about. I put it to a group of friends and they were as excited as me and quickly we paid our deposit snd agreed to an easy payment plan. We definitely couldn't afford this any other way and after a 8/9 month period we were fully paid and finalising the last few details. We were assigned Rachel to assist us and I must say, she was so patience, helpful, nothing was too much, she was always there to fine tune all aspects of our package to ensure we were happy. This included changing the airport and suggested hotels, (this was a little bit more but i especially wanted everything to be the best we could afford).

When the time of the holiday came, everything was exactly as she said it would be. First time flying with Emirates, they were superb. We had a 2 bed apartment in Dubai (Dusit Thani), definitely recommend this hotel, very comfortable and great location, airport transfers were always there waiting. Next stop Singapore, hotel was a bit basic but luckily the manager quickly upgraded us and we made it work for the 3 nights whilst there. Next flight with AirAsia was disappointing due to long delays but eventually we got to Bali for our 8 nights stay. I think this was my favourite of the 3 places as there was so much to see and do there. In 2 weeks we had all had an amazing holiday and felt so blessed for a memorable holiday experience. Rachel kept in touch with us every step of the way. I really have to thank World Holiday Vibes for this package and I almost forgot, WHV threw in a gift on my birthday to a Dessert Safari in Dubai, this was fun. Rachel was just the best advisor ever, I will book again for next year. I recommend this company with no reservation whatsoever. Thank you

This is the second time we have booked with Joseph. The first holiday was brilliant and we therefore had no hesitation about booking the second time. Excellent service and we would definitely recommend.

Forget about the value of your hard earned money if you are with this company. Start from the beginning. The call centre is in Sri Lanka. The name Harry, John, Daniel, David are fake. They even try to speak with foreign accent but me being Asian, I know what Asian sounds like. They will use the word supplier but ur trip would be booked via get ur guide or viaor… I’m sure we all can book that for ourselves. My reason to book with that company was not to go through with hassles but ended up booking mostly by myself. Start from the international flights, they don’t give you full information like the flight is non refundable or you will need transit visa etc etc. my friend missed all of her flights. We ended up booking direct flights from airport and paying more money. Moreover when airlines ticket counter is saying you will get refund, Harry (the guy was handing our booking) started arguing with us that ticket is non refundable. The Peru trip my friend couldn’t go at all and she ended up staying in Mexico. The classic example how naive they are- I asked for Peruvian Amazon tour- they ended up booking Brazil Amazon tour. When questioned and I was so trusted he said he can’t refund the internal flights as it’s non refundable. We wanted to save money but ended up paying 3k extra. They have no experience in South America. You won’t get full or any information from them. You are on your own if you book trip with them. It’s better you plan your own trip. We got refund after ABTA complain and we were about to go to police. But it was a harassment I would consider and the long waited holiday we wished for became a nightmare. Another thing- they forced me to get a video image for positive review before the trip even planned to get discount. I promise to the team- I do not give consent to use that video for your promotions at all. You guys are fraud and scammers. If I see my video for promotions and keep this video for your personal gain, I will drag you to court for data protection and fraud.

I found this on Facebook and was extremely dubious but they had a good payment plan and I was researching them constantly, I bugged poor Joe so much as I wasn't used to letting someone book my trip, I was very anxious.
Yes there were some communication problems, however possibly due to my patience.
This trip was UNBELIEVABLE, Joe had it all sorted and I wouldn't believe it until it happened.
I did the Thailand Bangkok, Krabi, Elephant Hills, Phuket, Phi Phi. All transfers sorted, excursions sorted, hotels were fab, although Seaviee Phuket very noisy as its by a road.
I can't say how much I appreciated the whole trip, fabulous. We loved it and would book with Joe again but trust him next time.
Elephant hills, try and stay longer than 3 days, its paradise here.
