World Holiday Vibes Reviews

The adviser Noah I was speaking with was lovely. He was going me different prices for different areas on where me and my partner wanted to go. Noah also gave me an itinerary of what the trip as we were planing on doing 2 days in Rome and 2 days in Venice. Unfortunately we ended up deciding to go somewhere else as we are only going away for 4 days. I will definitely be back to book my summer holiday

Lewis was excellent. He explained all the options to me, and was very patient as I was looking at various dates and various options. Communication was via WhatsApp, which was prompt and very convenient.
He also sent me various links with flight and hotel options which were very useful to compare.
I had enquired at various highstreet travel agents too, but the holiday package that Lewis put together was the most competitive.
Thanks again Lewis!

Just booked a Rome and Venice trip for 3 adults and was helped by Lewis I didn’t make life easy for him with several changes and even more questions but he handled it with a professional and polite attitude nothing was too much trouble. Was a great experience

Very good cheerful helpful nothing was a problem

Top marks for Marshall having patience finding a holiday which is right for us. He was pleasant throughout. Full of valued information on whatever i asked. He is an asset to the company. I hope the holiday is as good as it looks. 10/10 again for Marshall. I will be using him again for another holiday. 😀

Yes definitely the person call Joseph is really really Amazing and very coprative and helpful. Thanks.

Login was brilliant helping us to decide which far away destination was right for us given the time of year etc ... we've ended up with bali and two different hotels ( beach hotel and hotel in the jungle). Absolutely buzzing for this with such a wonderful holiday to look forward to we cant thank Login Enough

Joseph was very patient with the different hotels I needed changing.
Happy with the correspondence on WhatsApp, Email and phone call.

I have booked numerous holidays with Joe and he has always given great service.

This time I booked Cancun with my friend, he found me a last minute deals and ensured I was staying in a lively place with a great all inclusive service.
Even the little things I wanted on holiday were sorted and even though our flights got delayed on the way back I still had a great experience exploring another state in America which got me to a 1st class upgrade on the airplane.

I will be booking more holidays with Joe and have recommended him to almost all my friends.
Mexico was so hot and exactly what I wanted instead of being in the UK for a cold Christmas.

We had a really positive experience working with Joe while planning our Thailand holiday. From the start, he was patient, approachable, and genuinely invested in helping us create the right itinerary for our family.

We asked a lot of questions, explored multiple options, and made several changes along the way, and Joe never made the process feel rushed or pressured. He took the time to listen to what mattered to us — from balancing sightseeing with relaxation, to hotel preferences and excursions — and guided us through each decision clearly and honestly.

Planning a multi-city trip can feel overwhelming, but Joe handled everything in a calm, organised, and professional way, which gave us real confidence before confirming the booking. His responsiveness and attention to detail made a big difference.

We’re really happy with how the trip has come together and are now looking forward to the holiday with excitement, knowing everything has been thoughtfully arranged. We would happily recommend Joe to anyone planning a complex or tailor-made holiday.

I would like to thank you for the time and more over I appreciate all the details and information that Joseph shared and were above my expectations.I recommended to use World Holiday Vibes if you need more details for your holiday!

This is my second trip with World Holiday Vibes and I can highly recommend. First trip was 10 nights in Bali in August 2022, which was great and the second being more recently 7 nights in Barbados, December 2025.

Pavithra personalised the trip for me and my daughter. I am quite picky so this involved a few back and forth’s but Pavithra remained patient and accommodated my needs.

Before leaving the UK I was anxious about the transfer not picking us up from the arrival airport but Pavithra reassured me and kept in touch via WhatsApp to ensure everything went smoothly. On arrival at the hotel i was not happy with the room allocated, again Pavithra went out of her way to arrange a better room and arranged for the hotel to supply cake and champagne to celebrate my daughters 18th which was a lovely touch!

For full transparency we did have an issue with transfer on the way back to the airport which was incorrectly booked for the wrong date by the transfer company rather than world holiday vibes. This was slightly stressful however once I got in touch with the transfer company this was resolved and Pavithra is currently processing a refund on this to compensate for the inconvenience.

From start to finish Pavithra was at the end of the phone, checking in to make sure we were having a good time and if there was anything else she could do. I suspect some of which was in her own personal time as we were away around the Christmas period and I know she has since changed roles so she really did go above and beyond.

I have always found World Holiday Vibes competitively priced and am already looking at booking with them again.

I am very impressed by Selina Logan the way she helped me finding the wright airline company to book a flight which suited my days off and reasonable price as well. Thanks Selina for all your help I really appreciate it. I definitely recommend you and your company to my friends and family 👍😊.

World Holiday Vibes truly met my expectations. I booked my vacation with them and traveled to three countries, and everything was well organized. Our contact person, Marshall, was extremely easy to work with and stayed in touch until the very last day to make sure everything went smoothly. I really appreciated his attention and support. I will definitely book my next trip with them again.

I have just booked a dream trip to Zanzibar - all made possible by Joseph who was outstanding. I have been in sales for 40 years, and he is everything I would want from some-one in MY sales team. Knowledgeable, friendly but polite, patient, knows my next question without me having to ask it, goes the extra mile to make my trip special, made me feel important and in all just great customer service. Nothing was too much trouble - highly recommend using this company, and Joseph. Thank you from a very happy customer.

Great service and help from Lewis that has guided me through the choice of my holiday destination...I did not have a huge budget but still he has helped me to find what I was looking for...it will be my birthday during that period of my holiday in Morocco...I am really looking forward to it.... Merry Christmas to everyone..and a very happy New year....Sandro

Overall, we had a great trip to Dubai, Bangkok and Singapore orchestrated by Joseph. He was kind and patient and helped us to the best of his abilities. World Holiday vibes is great for people who do not require elaborate visas to to the countries they visit otherwise they can get clueless.
Flights were perfect, seamless and the information about them was well provided. We however struggled to obtain complete hotel booking information from Joseph or world holiday vibes and later found out they used a 3rd party, try to get in touch with this 3rd party early on (their number is usually provided as an emergency contact). I will use world holiday vibes again because the package was the best I had seen and the staff especially Joseph was patient and kind.

I had a great experience Joseph was taking care of preparing all the best details for my trip. Would recommend to everyone 😃

Made a enquiry online & the response was almost immediate!! Was contacted & discussed my holiday enquiry with Joseph. He was efficient, professional & very knowledgeable. He responded with a full itinerary & answered all queries professionally. Very happy with the customer service received.
