I was looking for just medical with a higher deductible as I only need coverage for events that are very expensive.
Altas seemed to be able to provide what I was looking for without all the luggage and trip cancellation BS.

Excellent sign up especially in a pinch
I forgot I extended my trip, but making a last minute new insurance was so helpful. I liked in the last policy that they sent an email on how to redeem if needed. Thankfully, the first leg, I had no need.
