Had a problem with the EmbedPress plugin. Support quickly found the problem. They also prepared a version with the specific fix. Next update the fix will be rolled out to other users. Five stars well deserved, Tracy.

Licence « Visionary lifetime » achetée, et stupeur : non seulement le plugin a créé immédiatement un crash du site, mais en plus j’ai découvert qu’il s’agissait d’un paiement annuel !!! Très surpris car tout a l’air sérieux en apparence : en version gratuite, le plugin est efficace, stable, et leur système de tickets montre que l’infrastructure est bonne.
Hélas, leur pratique marketing est trompeuse, et c’est donc une grande déception.
300 à 400€ annuels pour ce tyoe de plugin, c’est inacceptable, surtout quand ce n’est pas explicite. J’attends un refund.

Ai chat bot not working. Payed above 130, and you cant change settings.

They tried to fix it, they didn't they don't know how.
I made a staging copy for them to test, nothing.
Then they wanted to copy my site.. really strange. Of course I wont let the copy my site...

Please look twice if you are considering to buy some thing from them.

i was facing overflow issues with Woo Product Carousel element, tried all sort of things still problem was not solved, then i connect with the wpdeveloper team member he guided me with all possible options and finally after it resolved by putting a piece of custom css code. i appreciate the patience of the team member as this discussion continued with multiple long breaks still he guided me to the end. Thankyou.

Through Chris McElroy SEO Agency, I have used several of their WordPress plugins and I test them thoroughly when building a website. I share anything I find as far as bugs, features, suggestions with their support team. They respond quickly. They are very courteous and they solve any bugs right away. Any plugin that does anything worthwhile is going to have some. Their willingness to quickly test and resolve issues is the main reason I wanted to write this review. Many companies do not provide nearly this level of customer service. I can't wait to try more of their plugins because I feel safe testing a plugin when I know their is a great support team behind it.

Elementor makes doing backend things on the website so much easier when you don’t have much of a web design background. Even better is if you get stuck, WPDeveloper can help, and right away (much more responsive than the company we’d hired to help with the complicated stuff when we built it). Just finished messaging with Tracy, who helped me with something that was a bit beyond (ok, maybe a lot 😂) my skill level. Learned how to do something new, plus solved a need at my company.
