After using the free plugin for a month or so, I ordered the Lifetime Unlimited WP Essentials Pro the day before the Holidays... and I messed it up. I put in the wrong email address!

Even on the day before Christmas/Hanukkah, I had help to access my purchase, and it was taken care of in mere moments!

Loren was an amazing help, and I was so glad to deal with a human being rather than AI (no offense, AI!). Even though it was a holiday Eve for a lot of the world, the customer service was stellar.

What an amazing service! Realised I was way out of my technical depth when trying to add additional capabilities to my website - however all the features I could have wanted are now implemented and more thanks to the customer services team!

Initally contacted the customer services team to cancel the product and get a refund however, after I explained my issue and I recieved a personalised video on how to implement the features on my website, and follow up messages with prompt responses to my clarification questions! Would definitely recommend!
