I used 1home service appliance to repair the dishwasher! The engineer carefully explained to me how to use it correctly! what products to use! I strongly recommend them for their professionalism and promptness!

Service person came the day I contacted them and quickly diagnosed the fault and fitted the spare. The spare felt a little on the expensive side but at the same time I got the convenience of the item being fixed right away.

Engineer, Eduward, was brilliant, early not late, very honest with his diagnosis, polite and helpful. Can’t recommend him enough. Very happy

Fridge Freezer Repair
Arrived on time - identified and fixed the fault with our fridge freezer very quickly. The engineer Marius was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable . Very pleased with the service and will recommend them if needed in future.

I used 1 Home service for the first time to fix a fault on my fridge. Eduard visited, first to do a diagnostic test and identify the fault and then to fix the fault by replacing a part. I was super impressed by the service. The call centre contact person was very reassuring and professional, all the contact via emails and texts were prompt and informative. I felt very looked after. Highly recommend and will use again.

Had a problem with my dishwasher and told them what it was according to the handbook. They came out and said it was something else. After paying for a new part the problem still exists. Was told to delete my review then they would organise an engineer. As I refused they have now said they will not fix the problem and are trying to blame me for low ability, baring in mind I have wasted 2 days waiting in for them. This is not a reflection of the engineer as he was great but the management of the company.

Scammers only come for the call out money!

I had a problem with the fridge and I contacted them! The lady secretary was very professional and helpful! They arrived in the promise time and sorted out the problem in one hour. Excellent costumer service. They charged me the same amount they told in the beginning and i also did some research and was the best quote i got! More than recommended!

Scammers - will say there is something additionally wrong and try and charge loads when i know what the issue is i just don’t have the tools. Don’t speak english either and 7h late. Positive reviews on here are clearly fake. Wish i’d checked.

Disastrously incompetent, extremely rude, arrogant and unprofessional. Avoid them even if your life depends on it! Waste of time and money booking them to fix my washer dryer. It dragged on for over 2 weeks cos the engineer didn't know what he was doing and will not follow the manufacturer's advice. Always late and missing appointments with hardly any apology. Emilia the manager extremely rude and arrogant and won't apologise nor empathise despite clearly being in the wrong. I lost money as they refused to give me a full refund. I had to hound them to even get a partial refund. Complete waste of resources. AVOID!!!

Super customer service and support, feels really genuine and personal. People helped me with my problem on time, I couldn’t expect better service, 100% I’ll use it again in the future if I’ll have a problem.
