AceThinker Reviews

I downloaded the video recording programme, back in November 2023 but forgot to give a review. I've been using it about twice a month, since. Whilst not exactly intuitive, their Customer Service is prompt and spot-on, making the software very straight forward to use - once you know how, it's always obvious! :o) Consequently, I upgraded to a lifetime edition and have no regrets. It's ace, thank you! :o)

First, the PDF Converter Pro software is easy to use - no problems with editing and converting my PDF files. Glad I bought the lifetime license, and I do recommend the software. Second, AceThinker customer service is fantastic! Just days after my purchase, I had the unfortunate experience of losing all files on my laptop, including my new software, due to a motherboard issue. Jim C in customer service promptly responded to my plea for help and assisted with reinstalling my PDF Converter Pro software. Really appreciated that!

I paid for a full lifetime version of Aquaclip which was ideal for downloading all videos from internet. Until recently and after formatting my pc, I couldn't get the software to download videos from my favourite website "Gaia.com". After relaying to Jim I was given a new program called "Cleverget" which downloaded video from this site with no problems. Service and products are A++++. Would highly recommend.

Atendimento rápido e eficiente. (Fast and efficient service)

Aqua tune is such a great program. So easy to use - made it so straightforward to search and find music and then download it. Extremely impressed with the software 9188and the support.
Compiled a playlist in no time at all

I believe almost zero online reviews as most appear to be fake, but I created a TrustPilot account just to compliment Jim. I had an issue with receiving my license key after my initial payment and I was concerned that it was a scam. But Jim quickly emailed me a code and I'm now rolling with videos for our non-profit to use with the creators' permission. Thanks to Jim and team. Product is easy and backed by solid support.

I Had a problem with my Aqua tune lifetime activation after swapping to a new PC, they solved my issue almost instantly through email support, fantastic service and product

Excellent customer service. I am always testing software and it occasionally crashes my computer, requiring me to do a clean install. Customer service at AceThinker has always helped me re-license their software.

Superb timely and competent intervention from the AceThinker help desk. I bought a new pc and had problems registering my video keeper after downloading it on the new laptop. All was resolved in minutes to my satisfaction.

Well done guys.

Resolved my query on license activation on second device . AceThinker license can be used on two devices.

I bought Acethinker software from a reliable third party provider, but found I couldn't activate the licence. I contacted Acethinkers support. Jim helped me resolve the problem without any difficulty and very promptly too.

Customer Service responded promptly and helped me resolve an issue that allowed me to use the product!

PDF Editor & Converter does what it says. Needed to transfer lifetime license to another PC. Support was responsive & quick. Easy & painless procedure.

I've always found this to be a great product. It does what it says and works on more sites than I expected. When it came to transferring an existing licence from one PC to another, it was simple and fast. It meets my requirements.
