Absolute disgrace of a company!!!
Absolute disgusting company who are ripping off new drivers! My son cancelled the policy within the 14 days that it says on the website so should receive a full refund. They also asked for the black box to be returned to receive £40 back. My son has done both of these, never received any sort of refund and had received another bill for £34. He has questioned this with the company who said they would look into this and get back to him. 2 weeks later still heard nothing but then received a threatening letter that unless he pays we will have the bailiffs around! This shows the company doesn’t even speak to each other! Absolute garbage company who threaten and steal money from first time drivers - AVOID AT ALL COST!

When a customer cancels their policy within the 14 day reflection period, they are charged by the insurer for their time on cover and we apply our cancellation fee.
All fees and charges are clearly confirmed before the policy is bought online within our Terms of Business Agreement. Where a telematics policy is bought, the Telematics Terms and Conditions are also provided.

We have specific criteria for offering insurance policies. Unfortunately, we cannot provide cover if a policyholder has not been a UK resident for a minimum of five years. When you arranged your policy, you declared that you were a UK resident from birth.
As you have not been a UK resident for at least five years, we regrettably must withdraw your insurance cover.

Got a simple quote for van insurance…
Got a simple quote for van insurance from a comparison site. Accepted the quote and paid the initial payment and happy with the rest of the montly insurance payments. Next thing I know I have a finance company hard searching my credit report adding a finance agreement because they are the finance for my van insurance! FINANCE FOR INSURANCE! WTF!? Avoid this scam company at all costs
