Active Garden Reviews

The quality of the swings are excellent. I called and spoke to the team at Active Garden prior to ordering to get some advice and they were very helpful. We opted for professional installation which I am really pleased about - the guy who came was very efficient and I feel confident the swings are fixed in properly.

Delivery came packaged well and the timber and fixtures were of a good quality. Instructions were easy to follow and comprehensive. Overall very happy with my purchase. Sure my kids will have many hours of fun!

Very efficient and timely. Very pleased with final result.

Very easy to deal with and a very quick delivery

Great service - really helpful and happy to answer all my questions. Delivered quickly and assembled very efficiently in freezing temperatures! Thanks so much! Kids absolutely love it (Blue Rabbit Penthouse) and it looks great in our garden.

Amazing service, Marianela is fantastic to deal with and the products (just installed blue rabbit swing and all out play centre) look to be equally brilliant and of a high quality. Both installation teams for the respective products were a pleasure to deal with and fully respected Covid guidance, whilst doing a fabulous job of building the structures where I wanted them to go. Thoroughly recommend dealing with Active Garden on all fronts!

Excellent, repeat customer, highly recommend

Really helpful when I contacted the company for advice. Order arrived promptly and we feel much safer now we have the mats for our garden slide.

Really great company to work with

Couldn’t fault them-highly recommended

Extremely efficient service! They kept me informed the entire time as to my delivery of my swing and installation. Great installation team. Would highly recommend!

Really helpful customer service team and order arrived before Christmas as promised. Also cheapest site for Jungle Gym add-ons!

I found the whole thing from the beginning. to having the wonderful climbing frame in the garden went like clock work.

Efficient ordering and delivery of matting to place beneath my swing. Also a well designed trapeze with extra hand holds.

I ordered a fireman's pole for my granddaughters for Christmas. The item arrived speedily by courier - well packed and looks perfect. Perhaps next year Father Christmas can use it instead of the chimney?

Excellent service, easy to use website and I was kept up to date with the progress of the order.

Bought the blue rabbit Belvedere for my two little ones. Possibly one of the easiest and most efficient large transactions I’ve ever done. Email correspondence clear and rapid, phone conversation for final purchase easy and Marianella was helpful and knowledgeable. Delivery of equipment was super efficient and then the guy that came to assemble was brilliant. No hiccups and stress free and the kids love it!!!!
