ADDIS Home Reviews

Lovely bowl , drainer and laundry basket

For years I had an Addis clothesline so when I moved house I purposely bought a new Addis one.
I year later the knob underneath for tying the line broke.
This is not what I expected from this brand.
Disappointing that they are unwilling to replace as I don’t have a receipt!
Bad form but I have learned from this not to buy any Addis products as they don’t care about their customers

I love Addis stuff, I only have a small kitchen and it all stacks nicely. I only order items made in the UK so no wasting carbon emissions. It lasts for ages. I've got one Addis container that's over 20years old! Still works.

Hi the quality of the product could not be improved on, realy happy - looks great on the kitchen drainer. Previously purchased a cheaper option which looked great at the time but did not last, wish we had gone staright for the ADDIS drainer.

Great products, items were well packaged and received in good condition. Good communication for dispatch of the order.
All the items are well made and a good price.

Ordered online as they have the full range products available.

Great products and affordable proces. Fast delivery

Review for a kitchen waste bin
30L Round Pedal Bin - Stainless Steel
Color:
Stainless Steel
This is honestly the worst designed piece of kitchen equipment I have purchased in 73 years. It is an absolute nightmare. It has no inner bucket so you have to struggle to get the bin bag out of the bin which looks sleek but is just too narrow for kitchen waste. Addis has cost reduced by eliminating the inner plastic bucket so the black bin bag gets stuck on the inside of the waste bin, and rips as it is hauled out. The flimsy ring at the top which is meant to keep the bag in place slips down when the bag is half full. As a result the waste just goes directly into the bin, which is not even sealed at the bottom. Every time I need to change the bag it involves
- washing the kitchen floor to clear up the leaks from the bin
- hauling the bag out of the bin forcefully
- turning the bin UPSIDE DOWN to get the bag out
- washing the whole bin out several times with bleach
This bin, at best, is suitable for light paper waste - no kitchen waste, no food, no messy stuff.

Overall happy with my experience

I love addis products fabulous quality

Great range of Addis products. Quick and easy to find a select the washing up bowl I wanted. Easy to complete check out and bowl arrived well packed very quickly. Delighted with my purchase. Will use Addis again. Have always used the washing up bowls, good quality, robust and long lasting

This is the only cover that fits my ironing board so I got 3 as it's so hard to get hold of.

Simple to order, goods arrived correct and to time

Easy ordering. Fast service. Very competitive pricing.

I was pleased to be able to buy a bin made of recycled plastic. It serves its purpose and looks nice. I use compostable liners.

Easy to find replacement on website, quick ordering and fast delivery.

The cover is a good size and length to fit the large Addis Easi-lift 50m 4 arm rotary airer, it’s strong and well shaped.
However, the zip arrangement seems the wrong way around and far from practical to use, bottom to top operation, would be better top to bottom and so easier to zip up. Getting used to it more now.

Addis makes better quality kitchen utensils - you get what you pay for. I found it easy to order the items I wanted (not everywhere stocks Addis, you often find cheap alternatives that really don't do the job and don't last). Dispatch and delivery was very prompt and the items were exactly what I wanted. Very pleased.

Good website. Good, strong, well made products.
