My husband and I recently visited Advance Vauxhall in High Wycombe looking at purchasing a new car. Jake Woolven was kind, caring, informative and was always happy to answer any questions we had. We had been to other car dealerships and certainly did not receive the same warmness and care that Jake gave us. Have used the advance Vauxhall in No faith in advance Vauxhall any more.
Have used the advance Vauxhall in slough was always happy with them . I don’t know what is going on with them but they have gone down hill have been let down twice in the last 6 weeks,not getting in touch and not ordering the parts latest one is a carbon copy of the previous fiasco also have never been offered a courtesy car which I need very very poor customer service.
But they still charge you a fortune for the repairs with no such thing as a sorry or compensation.

I recently leased a Leapmotor C10 through Advance Vauxhall Watford, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. I placed my order at the end of July, and Martin Diep handled the process with great professionalism.

Travelled 1 1/2 hours to see VW Sharan
Travelled 1 1/2 hours to see VW Sharan. Told it was in prep, but could test drive it. On arrival told no cannot drive as it is in prep. First said because of advisory on MOT, worn suspension bush, which that said that had sorted!! Should not be a problem! Then said CV joint boot had deteriorated. Looked under and CV boot is new! Also no satnav SD card, said they could probably get one. Said Android auto, but unit not unlocked for that. Difficult to trust anything dealer says. Complete waste of time.Wish I had read reviews before travelling

Car fine, customer service bad.
Whilst overall I’m happy with my car, despite the 2 faults that have occurred, my issue with Advance Vauxhall has been mostly around how they’ve dealt with customer service.
Due to a delay in being able to collect the vehicle as they hadn’t arranged to have a dent repaired when they said they would, plus the EML coming on within 24 hours of me collecting the car - I was offered a complimentary service by the sales person and his manager. Whilst I didn’t have this in writing, I was assured to get in touch and explain when my service was due.
I actually asked about the service when I had to return the car for a new fault, and because I don’t have it in writing - have been told there is nothing they can do. Even the sales person evidently has ‘no recollection’ of offering this and his manager has since left the business.
If I’d never been offered this complimentary service, I wouldn’t actually be leaving a 2 star review. But instead I have been repeatedly ignored, unless I chase multiple times and told that I’ve basically made it up.
So if you choose to purchase a car from Advance Vauxhall I would suggest the following: get everything in writing and, if possible, buy your new car elsewhere.
