I recently upgraded to full fibre broadband resulting in the router moving downstairs and to the opposite side of the house from where my computers are kept. WiFi was much slower compared to hard wire. I contacted Aerialforce to run an ethernet cable from the router to my computers via the outside of my house. The next day Mark arrived gave a quote which I accepted. He did the work straight away. Now have the speeds on my computers are back up to where they should be. Very pleased with the outcome!

A polite man who was professional and efficient

The gentleman was polite and respectfull towards my self and my home. He explained everything that was needed, also the costs.

Quick efficient service. Came on the day I called and all work completed with excellent results. Would definitely recommend this company.

bracket for tv - was ours ok fitter will advise
will the fitter set up our new tv - yes.
Actually-
The fitter did use our old bracket which he assured us was fine.
He did sort of set up our new tv with the Amazon fire stick from the old tv
but he never tuned the new tv in to our area so when the fire stick was removed our tv didn’t work and we had to get someone to help us to set up the new tv properly.
The cost was actually £154 as apparently the quote didn’t include VAT.

The engineer discovered an amplifier hidden behind a bookshelf had been disconnected instead of reconnecting it he replaced it with a new one, which I discovered I did not need. I was charged £120 for the work done (10 minutes) I feel I have been charged excessively.

Wouldn't use the kit I ordered from Amazon..was specifically advertised for Gen 3 Starlink..cost £40...
He Wouldn't use it so charged me an extra £169 to use the companies kit!
Not impressed!
The also didn't turn up for booking on the 19th Jan.. only let me know at 3.30pm after waiting all day...!

I was really impressed with how quick and efficient the engineer completed the work and helped me to set up my TV channels. When I had a further problem later on, he came back and helped me with a minor problem. Really great service thank you.

Ridiculous prices, was quoted £129+VAT ended up paying over £250. Installer was argumentative and rather rude. Kept talk to my husband and not to me despite it being me who was giving the instruction. Argued about where the tv was to be mounted didn’t put it where I’d asked instead where thought it would be better. Was told he could install on day of quote then was told he was half day the office didn’t even call me. Just absolutely poor service. Find your own person and don’t use these.

We have used Aerialforce from many years and they have always done an excellent job for us. For telecoms, it’s great to get an objective, honest, independent view and they can do things that Open Reach cannot. Highly recommended.

Stuart the engineer who worked on our network was very knowledgable and personable. He came up with the solutions we needed. I would highly recommend.

The experience was a very pleasant one. He arrived on time, knew exactly what he was doing and completed the job in no time at all. Very happy.
