Excellent, efficient and friendly service from start to finish. Engineer made a full assessment explained and talked through options. Recommended a TV mount suitable for my stud wall with a tilt and slight pivot which I wanted. All completed on same day as initial enquiry. A little pricey - but would highly recommend.

Gareth the engineer who came quickly set up our TP links and ensured we had WiFi everywhere in our 4 story house.

Went to online chat & next day appointment made, no fuss. £80 quoted, digital aerial fitted inside loft & took 30mins, however original price was for repairs. New aerial cost £189.60 inclusive of vat. Service great, however wasn’t expecting such a difference in price.

An engineer came on the day of our enquiry. He was clear and informative and did a perfect job for us. Could not be faulted. Would not hesitate to use the service again.

Telephone call was OK to book appointment engineer on the other hand did not have any hdmi leads,and didn't have any idea how to set up sky glass tv.he was supposed to sort bedroom tv out also but never touched it and never sorted sounbar out .overall very dissapointed

The tecnician found the fault, however he could not deal with it but suggested i needed a new box. The cost of a call out call was rather expensive

Work carried out well and engineer was lovely, however extremely overpriced for what was needed. Appointment was cancelled on me twice and I had to keep chasing. Very disappointed

From making the initial call to arrange appointment for quotes for two options. The differences were explained clearly and could be understood . No hard sell!
Even had the work done earlier than expected as engineer was in my area and was able to come round, so went ahead with the work. So glad I did extremely happy and saved money by doing so.

Came and sorted my problem very prompt service just a bit expensive but good service

The installation engineer knew what he was doing, when he placed the tv on the wall. He installed it very quickly with no wires showing and he was chatty . He told me why he wouldn’t recommend the bracket I had purchased some years ago and he was right . I would have made a right mess of it. Certainly would use them again

We only received a qoute from this company and never actually used them for the works. They were quick and friendly to respond. From the phone call we understood that we would be looking at about £120 +vat to hang a sky glass tv, with the proviso that we have the correct bracket. Chap came out and said nope £360 oh and I would have to give him a hand to actually hang it on the bracket or he would have to get a second engineer to assist which would significantly increase the price. I get we had the wrong bracket which was extra but that would have taken it to something like 250. This amount was nuts for what would have been a quick job. I would not recommend them.

After a few cancelled appointments the job took 5 minutes to complete and a charge of £180 pounds ,didn't break the ariel up as was promised would not recommend.

Prompt service on Christmas Eve, friendly and professional engineer who completed the job in a timely manner.

Felt I was overcharged and replaced Ariel that only needed bracket replaced
