The engineer who visited us was very pleasant, friendly & knowledgeable he was punctual and got the job done without any problems, I would certainly use this company again.

Did a good job repairing my satellite dish, bit expensive at £400 maybe, but everything is so expensive these days

We arranged a visit with Aerial Force to explore our options for a very simple home security system. The agent who came was very helpful and said we did not need a sophisticated system and recommended a RING doorbell and a separate camera. We ordered these from Amazon and a different engineer came and fitted them. The engineer set the system up and gave us some basic training. Unfortunately neither the doorbell or camera ever worked as described and despite checking all the settings we became convinced that the equipment was not as good as RING claimed. We contacted Aerial Force and asked for help. We did get one phone call but that did not help much and a promise that they would ring back. They never did. After a frustrating few days we sent the RING doorbell and camera back to the supplier.

Put a TV bracket up up, which was fine, but they did crack a bathroom tile in next room whilst doing the job. Installer said it was vibration from drill.

The man who came to our caravan was lovely and got the job done really quick . Massive shoutout to him - Scarborough . Would 100% reccomend

Regrettably I cannot give many stars as my engineer cancelled three days in a row, which was very inconvenient as we had to stay in to await the non- engineer. Not very good customer service and still can’t watch my telly!

The workman was brilliant.
He gave us all our options and was very helpful.

Call was placed on one day, promised engineer the following day. He arrived, as promised, a little earlier than the time stated. He did an excellent job in locating the fault and rectifying it and left us with a tv that worked perfectly.

Checked out a few ariel companies, and this one stood out, competitively priced . They charged £80 and of course extra if you needed parts etc. Others charged £80 for the first hour.
Ariel Force was easy to communicate with, booked me in and came out the same day (within the hour). The guy was very informative and thorough, as i needed additional works, they gave me a discount on the additional fee.
Couldn't be happier, I've finally got my 2x tv issue free.
Recommend and I'd definitely use again.

Engineer was punctual, very friendly and polite.Put a new Ariel up after taking down the old one, then checked everything was working ok, channels etc, would definitely use again, well pleased.

We received a quotation over the phone for the aerial work required. When the engineer arrived, the price was increased by approximately £300. We were also informed that if we chose not to proceed, we would be charged an unreasonably high call-out fee, which felt pressurising and misleading.

Additionally, the old aerial was left on the roof because the engineer stated he did not have the correct ladders to remove it. This was unacceptable. The aerial has since fallen due to high winds, creating a potential safety hazard.

We contacted the company to make a complaint, but only received a generic, copy-and-paste response that failed to address our concerns.

Based on our experience, we would advise others to be cautious, as costs appear to increase significantly on arrival and customer service is extremely poor.

Wanted a new Ariel cable fitted, they gave me a quote which was very reasonable, came out did the work checked the tv was receiving all the channels and free view channels, very polite and helpful overall a very good service.

My mum said say nice things about people or say nothing....

The engineer was very pleasant and timing was great. But it cost me almost a£100 to say they couldn’t fix my problem - losing tv stations. They probably could have given me the reason on the phone without coming out.
Money definitely not well spent.
