Very prompt with arranging visit. Kept in touch when date had to change. Person who arrived knew what he was doing, got on with it quickly scaled the roof, replaced aerial amplifier and left with good television service all tuned in.

He was courteous and polite and efficient. Explained the problem and what I could do, now I am saving for a new dish.

Excellent service from start to finish.booked service on Sunday had a call back within 15 minutes. Engineer arrived as promised was professional and knowledgeable. Fixed problem . A great experience all round

Called this company as they quoted no call out fee. Engineer arrived, couldn't get the channels so went outside and cut the aerial outside the house. Told me I need a sky dish and quoted almost £400, so I called my husband who said no way! He then quoted just under £300 if he could do it there and then, but we refused. He then charged just under £100 as he had 'diagnosed' the problem! We bought a sky dish from Amazon for £49.99 which my husband fitted and connected. Works beautifully.
I then had a call from this company asking if I was happy with the service, and when I told him no, he was going to offer a discounted service again!

Absolutely terrific service, came the day after calling on time and did an excellent job. He was on time, professional and had an incredible eye for detail. Couldn’t fault him start to finish. So grateful thank you!

We had just moved to the area and there was no reception from the out of date aerial we had. We called Aerialforce who ran through some prices and told us they could get someone out to us within the hour. The engineer Brian was at our property within 30 mins, he checked the reception in the area and advised us a digital aerial on the chimney would be adequate. He fitted this and ran the cables to each bedroom and one in the lounge. He left us plenty of spare cable as we were not sure the positions of the tv’s. He was very pleasant and tidy in his work. Yes it was slightly more expensive but at least the work was done and should last for years to come.

The engineer who attended was great. He priced and did the work on the same day, getting a new ethernet cable run to an external building.

The price was slightly higher than expected, but as it was all done so quickly, I can live with it.

The installer who fitted the TV wall mount was very efficient and knowledgeable. He was friendly and helpful.

Not very good i do not recommend as I was charged way more than what I was told at the beginning of the service. They also did not turn up on the day that was arranged.

very skilled engineer, able to advise someone who knows nothing about wifi. He supplied and fitted a device which works reliably , and gives me a strong reliable signal all over the house. Nice fellow , too

The problem with my aerial was diagnosed quickly and the necessary repairs were carried out straight away.

Was visited by Andy to install an Ethernet cable from garage to back bedroom via the loft. Excellent service and tidy work. Disappointed about the cost for this though as was quoted a cheaper price over the phone.

I appreciated the effort by the technician to fix my areal cable but given an existing one was re-used and no new areal fitted, the price I paid was well over what is reasonable.

The recent storms have caused our CCTV camera to pull out of focus. I range AerialForce and was very impressed that the lady in the office called me back. She said the price would be £95 for the call out which I said was fine.

The next day somebody else rang to tell me that the engineer was on the way. When he arrived, he said straight away that callout was £95, he looked at the camera and I asked him to install a new one. He installed the new camera and logged into the dashboard but said that the new camera wasn't connecting with the box and I should get a new box that would cost £600. I told him to put the old camera back as I wasn't paying it.

He put the old camera back and again couldn't get it to work, he seemed unsure of what he was doing. In the hour he was here, he suggested installing a new box 4 times. After he had finished putting the old camera back he said the price was £95 plus VAT which came to £114, I paid on card but he didn't have a card reader so had to ring somebody and provide my card details to a third party.

After he left, I reviewed the setting on the dashboard and got the picture to show. Useless engineer, pressure selling.

They charged nearly 100 pounds for the visit and despite telling them what was happening they couldn't find any faults.I had my system updated by Sky they found the cable was damaged and the LNB connection had water ingress and a broken wire.

Your technician was amazing, so knowledgeable and so so helpful to someone who has absolutely no knowledge whatsoever of modern technology!
