Llevan semanas dándome largas sobre una indemnización (que ya la compañía aérea les abonó). Me solicitan una y otra vez la misma documentación. No son serios, no cumplen los plazos y encima te tienen para adelante y para detrás todo el rato. MI AMIGA LA RECLAMÓ DIRECTAMENTE A LA COMPAÑÍA AEREA Y EN MENOS DE UNA SEMANA TENÍA EL DINERO EN SU CUENTA, SIN PROBLEMAS NI QUEBRADEROS DE CABEZA.
La gestión de esta compañía de Air Claim deja mucho que desear. Huye tú que puedes🤣

Great experience from a professional team. However, I was waiting for too long, and the compensation was smaller than what i expected. most probably Airclaim keeps a lot of money for their work

AirClaim - transparency
The claim was successful. I did not like the transparency of the company. It was stated that I will receive a feedback (positive or negative) about the situation after a period. I did not receive anything, only 1 day after I sent an email. The response was that the claim was approved(no information about the reimbursement value).
