pretending I do not exist
Company spend the first year telling me the airline is not responding their emails and that there is nothing they can do. On the second year, Airclaim also stopped answering my emails including the revocation of my Power of Attorney which makes it impossible for me to talk directly to Lufthansa.

Highly recommand!
I recommand them!!! High profesional involvment, thru them we win on Court the legal proces against a low-cost company. I received the money once the proces ended for all the requests made. Also, very transparent. They offered info and sustainment all over this period.
