So I made a contract with those guys about a flight that got cancelled so that they try to get compansation for me. That happened before 6 or 7 months and after all this long time wait there was no update no nothing. Before half month I send them that I wanna close the contract because they don't push the airline to give me the compensation or anything. They haven't given me any type of response about 13 days now if it's even cancelled after they asked me about the flight number. This is the worst possible website, do not use them! waste of time! If I could I would put 0 stars.Thanks.

Just when I had completely forgotten about my claim, I was informed that I would receive the refund for a flight cancelled two years ago.

Incepand cu momentul depunerii actelor pentru despagubire, lucrurile au mers usor, in afara de transmiterea actelor, nu a fost nevoie de nicio alta actiune din partea mea pentru a duce la capat acest proces de despagubire. Cei care au asteptari nerealiste ca lucrurile sa rezolve in 30 de zile, trebuie sa inteleaga ca este un proces care dureaza si care de multe ori implica reveniri la compania aeriana.

As fi dat 5 stele, doar ca mi s-a transmis ca e-mailul cu detaliile bancare fusese deja trimis si eu nu primisem nimic. Ulterior, totul a mers super rapid.

Mi s a părut puțină lipsă de profesionalism. Nu se menționează în mailuri despre ce caz este vb când se trimite un status.

On the airport I was told that I would get a 186 € compensation but I get only 129 €. If I knew it I could accept the offer 150€ from another companies.
