Trying to sort out my Stepfathers estate and the service is terrible. Been on hold to speak on several times for 50 mins and get cut off.

Trying to transfer an ISA from Plum to Aldermore since 6th July. Having to act as middle-man since then to find out what's going on. At least able to have conversations with real Aldermore people but little action and some misleading information. Very frustrating - still on-going
