I placed an order on ALDO’s official website on May 2, purchasing three pairs of boots, including the Toney boots in black and brown, for an upcoming family wedding later this month. The order was confirmed, and I was charged the same day.
Suddenly, on May 5, ALDO abruptly canceled two out of the three items, citing they were suddenly out of stock — despite confirming availability and payment three days earlier. This last-minute cancellation has caused unnecessary stress, especially as I let go of other boot options based on ALDO’s confirmation and was relying on their timely delivery.
I was reached out, only to be offered a generic 15% discount — the same one available to any first-time user — which doesn’t address the inconvenience or the trust broken by this experience. I didn’t just lose boots — I lost time, peace of mind, and viable alternatives for an important event.
I hope ALDO re-evaluates how it manages online inventory and considers the real impact of such cancellations on customers who shop with trust and purpose.

Why am I not given the option of using a manned till rather than a self service check out . I am not comfortable using them and I should have the option of using a manned till . Why is this option taken away from me . ?????

Worst service, worst products for highest prices, worst store of Cosmo mall, Zirakpur, Punjab. Mr Sujit Kumar and Mr. Akbar are worst store managers ever. Even after two visits and half an hour of argument they don't even realise how to provide service whom u provide defective products.....

I purchased a $50 gift card, accidentally dropped it by the cashier. The code was verified and I was told I could get a replacement which I never received and between the store and the Customer Service line, no one will respond.

I never received my order and cannot reach anyone to help. All their support is AI. They use fedex, which is equally difficult to deal with. Looks like I will need to file a complaint with my bank or Bbb to get my money back.

Send the wrong shoes, return process is painful

I bought a slipper under their brand “Call it Spring” and it was defective as the sole started peeling just right after the unboxing.
They refused refund or return and also refused to give me a call or a phone number to contact.
They operate under the name Aldo, Call It Spring, and 6th street

Ordered shoes online. Sent me a used pair. It’s on final sale, so can’t return or exchange them. Contacted customer service with pictures, they said they will refund me and will sent a confirmation email right away. Still didn’t receive email or refund. It happened to me once before when they sent a used pair. Never buy from them online.

I bought a pair of heels at Aldo and paid $126 but they gave me an old pair. I need them to respond and apologize to me.

I got myself some slippers yesterday but it got ripped on my first usage and they have poor customer service.

Disappointing quality. After one use they need to be repaired. Really disappointed Pay for next day delivery but came after 3 days.

Three days ago in the morning, I placed an order for a final sale bag and a regular sale wallet. I was the first person to order the bag because I placed my order at soon as the bag showed up on the website and I placed my order at 7 am, how I knew that I was the first person to place my order is because I saw when they had all the quantities in the bag when I adjusted to see how many quantities they had. I ordered one quantity in the bag and wallet.

So that same day I placed the order, I noticed the wallet got shipped out in the afternoon, I was getting worried why the bag never got shipped, so i contacted customer service through live chat and they claim "don't worry you will get the bag, you just have to wait for them to ship your order, wait for them to send tracking information, you will not get an out of stock email".

So the next day, I noticed the bag still had not shipped out, and it literally made no sense. Then the day after, I notice the bag says "in transit" when I tracked the order on the website. However still did not see any tracking information and it made no sense again. So then I called customer service on the phone and another idiot from the crappy customer service said "don't worry you will get the bag, your not gonna get an out of stock email, you will most likely get the tracking information later on today or tomorrow because it says the bag is getting ready to ship out when i track your order on my screen".

Guess what? At 4 am, I got a bs lying email saying "item unavailable". I knew that email was nothing but bs. And that makes no sense, why would it say that bs two days later after I place the order, finally say "in transit" but never really was, and then customer service claiming that I will get it just wait for them to ship out.

That also means that anyone who placed an order after me, didn't get the bag either, as I placed my order at 7 am three days ago, that just proves to show that the website lists products that they never even had in the first place for nobody. Making me think that I was going to get the bag but never did. Such bs. Nobody could get the bag because it was never available for anyone. But not that anyone wanted it anyway cause again nobody really cares for aldo bags. And I notice there website is also extremely inaccurate on product quantity. That same day I placed order for the bag, the website system kept "reducing" the quantities in the bag, like they want to make it seem like the bag is "selling" when it's not. There are no reviews anywhere online for the bag because nobody cares about it and nobody wants it.

I knew the bag wasn't "selling out" because again, nobody really cares for aldo bags. That also proves to show that the website is bs and inaccurate, listing products that they never had in the first place for nobody to buy.

I called again and told another dumb customer service rep everything that happened, and she was stupid too, all she lied saying was "it's a popular bag, i am sorry you had this bad online shopping experience, I will submit feedback that you really like this bag and that you want the bag but there's no guarantee that they'll bring back".

I didn't tell the dumb woman at customer service anything about submitting feedback and that doesn't do crap anyway cause they don't care about that anyway. And I knew that was nothing but a bs lie when she said "it's a popular bag", she didn't know anything else to say but lie. That's a dam lie what she said because when I look the bag up online, there's not even any reviews on it like none on google product reviews and just overall no reviews for the bag online on any site, that's because nobody cares about it, meaning it never "sold out", the website is just inaccurate and lists products that they never even had. It's not "popular" cause none of aldo bags are because nobody really cares for aldo bags or stuff anyway. The customer service reps dont know crap. They just say anything because they really don't know anything.

That literally was nothing but bs what they said, because they don't know anything else to say because they are dumb customer service associates that they have.

And with all these bad reviews they have, I know not many ppl buying there stuff, nobody cares about the bags or shoes they sell. They don't "sell out" on nothing cause nobody cares about it.
Just nothing but fake false advertising and lies they use.There website and whatever crappy system they use for it, is terrible and doesn't know anything and extremely inaccurate. Why list a bag on the website that you never had in the first place that nobody could buy to begin with? There website is so inaccurate, listing products that they never had in the first place.

They have amazing customer service! I’ve had to get in touch with them about a couple of orders that had some issues and they provided me with a fast and satisfactory solution. Would highly recommend shopping with them.

I went to Aldo in London Stratford shopping centre I wanted to exchange shoes because my husband didn’t like it they haven’t been worn I chose another shoes there was £24 different the seller told me that I have to get something for £24 because he can’t give me the money back or any Wowcher or gift card for that money he wanted to force me to buy something for that price but there was nothing for that price I told him that he told me I have to buy something more expensive I sed I don’t have money so he refused to exchange the shoes I sed ok then keep that money he refused that as well so it a scam he wanted me to buy something for more than £24 when I refused he didint change the ahoes SCAMER

Aldo only sent me a partial shipment
The forgot an item when I called they were quick to refund it and send a discount code that didn’t work, to reorder the item you have to pay for shipping, the code was not equal to the amount so you have to put out more money for the same item. Asked for supervisor surprise surprise there isn’t one. Lost a customer as I never make the same mistake twice. make it make sense Aldo.
I have been advised I will get a call back within 24-48 hours. I won’t hold my breath.

Terrible quality shoes. I ordered 2 pairs for over $200 and either of them got worn-out and torn after first usage. Terrible quality and very expensive. I wish I could give a zero star! Tried returning but impossible!

The personnel and management of the store are very irresponsible. After wearing the shoes for two hours in my room, I felt extremely uncomfortable and after three days I tried to return the shoes. Even though the return policy was 30 days, they didn't take it back from me and said it was worn, and I said, well, if I hadn't worn it, I wouldn't have noticed that the shoes were inappropriate. Definitely, by looking at the shoes, you can't come to the conclusion that it is suitable or not? Their behavior was very disrespectful and I will never buy from this store again. They are rude, irresponsible and I felt that they are scammers.

Pathetic service. Zero help or guidance on how to get a refund online or receipt replacement for boots that were expensive. Brent Aldo should be shut down and staff should be given some training.

The worst. Tried to return some ill-fitting leather shoes at the local outlet. Wore briefly, on one foot - still with tags. They wouldn't take it back without the box. Out $125 and would NEVER consider purchasing again. Based on other reviews - it's a cash grab where they screw you once, have your money and move on to the next sucker. Don't be one of them.

Best customer service I've interacted with ever! They are friendly and solved my issue without much complications. The prices are affordable and quality is great.
