It’s been 41 days ALDO!!! Where is my order? Customer service NEVER answers & your CHAT responses are useless. My necklace was in stock when I placed my order. I would rate ALDO a ZERO if it were an option.

Placed an order last week. Was told delivery 3-5 business days. 8 business passed and one of the items has not been shipped yet. Been told item will be shipping soon but not told when it will it be shipped. Keep being told sorry for convenience. No communication as to the item is delayed.

Been weeks and my order hasn’t been shipped and you can’t get in contact with anyone. When you do they aren’t helpful at all.

Bought shoes online with 3-5 business days delivery, 9 days later no updates so I reached out to follow-up where is my delivery and got an automatic email saying that they will reply in 5 business days. Eventually, 11 days after the purchase my order was cancelled by Aldo. I bought these shoes for an event and this completely ruined my plans as I had no time to look for something else. All I received is "sorry for the inconvenience"

My elderly mother placed order 104920 and it has not arrived despite her paying for next day delivery this is the worst service she has ever received please deliver the goods or issue a full refund we also want some compensation for the inconvenience you have caused these shoes are a birthday gift for her son In law. I have been trying to contact your absolute joke of a customer service but no one has bothered to get back to us over the past few days. It's very easy to take the money from hard working people and so easy for big companies to fail to deliver.

Please investigate and make sure someone contacts me asap.

The CEO whose email is freely available on the internet is a nasty piece of work! He responded sarcastically to my email when chasing an order and said I should choose kindness! He’s a nasty old vile man that needs to learn he’s only where he is today because of customers!
Will never shop with this company again!

Waiting for a refund!! Not only were they VERY slow at delivering my items in the first place, I returned the items as they weren’t any good to myself. Emailed to ask whether they had received the return, which they have confirmed they did but I’m still waiting on my refund of £100!!! Will not be using this company in the future!

If I could give zero stars I would. The worst customer care I’ve ever witnessed! I placed an order at the beginning of Feb for a pair of shoes. No dispatch order received, when I chased I eventually had an email back saying there were delays with delivery. In the meantime, I saw the shoes I wanted from ASOS & had them within 24 hours which is an embarrassment to Aldo. I can’t find any telephone number to call & speak to an agent to get a cancel the order & get a refund. The email I had previously had a response from is now not responding at all. Quick enough to take the money Aldo-disgraceful!!! No customer should have to go through this torture. I will never buy an Aldo item again!

If I could I would give 0 star. This shop is such a mess. I ordered tote bag 21st of April. Staff said that it will be send within 7 days. It wasn't. Meantime lots of messages send to them, phone calls which was ignored like messages. Got an email after exactly one month after buying my items that they cancelled my order. No message back, nothing. Just cancelled my order. I've never seen such a rude customer service. Never had problem with Aldo before. But they really disappointed to me and I won't buy anything else from them. I DO NOT RECCOMEND!

Wanted to make an order so I signed up to get the members 15% off discount. The discount code did not work. I tried their 'live chat' which is not actually a live chat but just automated responses directing to places that do not have to do with my issue. I emailed them for help and I got a repsonse saying to call or try the chat and they will apply the code for me. As I said, the live chat was automated messages and no help, and when I called the number there was just beeping noises. There is also no place to cancel your membership online, you have to contact customer service. Lots of hassle, I should have read these reviews first as clearly this company is not the best.

No refund after 10 weeks. Order received at aldo on 19th jan.

Unfortunately, customers whom purchased prior to 18.01.2021 such as yourself and need to return or refund goods have to be directed towards the old company as we cannot assist you. We have no order history, details, or way of refunding you as your order was not placed with us.

Aldo Group will help you and sort out your return/ refund …I have asked them to reach out to you and they usually do so in 72 hrs

DO NOT BUY ONLINE!!

No refund after 6 weeks, I have the tracking number of my return postage and they have received it! I lost £80 as I returned 2 items which I bought before Christmas!!

There's should be an option to leave no stars. Horrific and ongoing situation where they refused to cancel an item I ordered (I cancelled within 10mins) and despite cancelling within their terms they found the next 8 days arguing the toss with me do they can dispatch the item. Its absolutely awful.

TIP: DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM ALDO ONLINE.

I’ve ordered online a pair of shoes from Aldo. The shoes were alright but not what I wanted so I’ve decided to return them.
Now after a month I haven’t received my £77 refund back. I had a tracking number but I lost it. So now it’s my fault I’m not getting my money back.
The same day I returned a dress to Monsoon with the same Royal Mail service and got my money back in 2 weeks. So I’m quite sure they haven’t lost the shoes. But Aldo is just disappointing.
I’m not using their online service again, so I won’t have to stress about losing my tracking number along with my money.

The worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life !!
There shoes are over priced for the quality!!!
3 pairs had to be returned
And trying to get your refund is a nightmare!!!!
Never will I order from them again

I had Stopped by my favorite shoe store Aldo Cross Creek Mall,to purchase a black side purse, the young lady at the register was on her phone and she stayed on the phone the entire time and had me waiting in line at the register for 10 mins, while she went back in the back to finish her conversation. She had very poor customer service skills,she cost the store a sell, I did not purchase the bag at all. Very Disappointed in Aldo
