Absolutely dreadful!!
Purchased a pair of shoes to my better half. When we opened the box we realize they sent a pair of used shoes.
No worries, emailed them and they adviced to bring the shoes in to one of their shop.
Did that, they haven't got the right size, so they ordered online.
Arrived in two days, box opened: voila, another pair of used shoes.
We used Aldo in the last 5 years (my wife has at least 30 pairs from them), but now we getting to the point to looking after someone else.
This is disgusting.
Seriously.
Don't buy from them, not at all

Perfekt kundeservice og kundevilkår!
Udover et rigtig godt udvalg, til virkeligt gode priser, så er Aldos kundeservice fantastisk god.
Jeg har været i kontakt med dem flere gange vedr. diverse spørgsmål om produkter og levering, og hver gang har de været supersøde og hjælpsomme. De ringede sågar selv op til mig for at dobbelttjekke noget vi havde talt om. Det er da omtanke og service!
Yderligere er det fedt at vide at der er gratis fragt på alle varer og gratis returfragt i helt op til 45 dage, selv på udsalgsvarer. Vil klart handle der igen i fremtiden.

I buy most of my casual shoes from Aldo. I find that they always keep up with the today's style and the shoes are really not bad quality.

Terrible customer service
Shipping is slow and unreliable (I have ordered 3 times and each time it is slow and the tracking information never updates.) Also, customer service is horrible. They do not answer their emails and they make you wait hours, literally, on the phone for an operator. The only good thing is that they have easy returns/exchanges in-store.
