Ordered the floral buttoned hooded sweater what I received bore no resemblance the the photo on the website. I received a cheap fleece in off pink with printed images, absolutely fuming that this was so misrepresented… do not trust this save your money. Was meant as a Christmas present, would give it to a charity shop

Scam. Avoid
I ordered some work trousers and the stitching came away after only 2 months of wear. On closer inspection, you can see the outside pockets are different from what i recived to what it shows online. I have tried to contact several times but no one is interested, yet they're happy to bombard me with promotional emails.

Amazing customer service
I installed gave this company a one star review. I felt that the items received did not look like the ones ordered. After corresponding with Claire, I have been completely bowled over. I never thought I would receive any contact and Claire offered for the items to be collected with a full refund. I feel now that I want to keep them as they've grown on me. I won't give 5 stars for the products and delivery time as this was very slow, however their customer service is above and beyond excellent.
The clothing is nothing like advertised. It took ages to arrive and I'm throughly disappointed.

Ordered 21/8 still no product
Ordered 25/8 still no product, asked for an update as my son needed them for the start of college at beginning of sept and never got back to me and asked for a refund two weeks ago and still not got that either! STILL NO REFUND 1/10/25 Even though they said I would get one 3 days ago!

Received these Sketches safety shoes…
Received these Sketches safety shoes when wearing them the left shoe has a terrible creaking noise when walking on the day I received them only to be told there is nothing Alex’s Direct can do and not to return the shoes disappointed and money wasted.
