Our driver Tim was excellent, very informative, friendly, came and spent time talking with everyone. The staff were excellent very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. There was a choice at meal times and a special everyday. Entertainment was very enjoyable. Enjoyed the trips. Would certainly use Alfa again.

Excellent value for money and well organised. The only company that provides a lot of single rooms at low cost.

We enjoyed our self drive holiday at Alfa's metropole hotel in Torquay. As at all Alfa hotels the staff are friendly and professional, the rooms are comfortable and well furnished and a good choice of well cooked food.

The driver Keith was excellent. He was really informative about the places we visited. He also ensured that everyone got off the coach safely. The hotel was lovely and clean. The staff were so friendly. The meals were nice and hot, plus the meal times were perfect. Giving me enough time to have a walk afterwards , before the entertainment started. As I have never been to north Devon before, it is somewhere I would like to come again.

Really nice holiday from pick up to return. Driver Derek was excellent so informative and put himself out to help those who needed it. Hotel was fine and meals. Use Alfa regularly and now looking to book my next one.

Nice hotel nice food friendly staff nice drivers

Everything went very smoothly from the time I was picked up till we arrived at the hotel the driver was very helpful and so we're the staff at the hotel had a lovely time

it was very good on the whole but we had a few hiccups. which Alpha couldnt help the ferry breaking down and going on as foot passengers when you are an older person i found it a bit of a struggle with luggage. the driver was very good.

Fabulous driver Dave, was very professional, funny, smartly dressed and nothing was too much bother. An asset to your company.Excursions were very good even if tiring as a lot of walking involved. The only complaint I have is the fact of having to put our cases out side our door at 6 am for them not to be picked up at 6-55 was ridiculous we had to be up at 5-30 to shower and put everything in the case and then sit around an hour waiting to go to breakfast. Then the cases weren’t put on the coach till 7-45. Why? If I’d know that I could’ve taking my case down myself on my way to breakfast. Our room was spotless and comfortable, there was a good choice of meals and waiters were great. Holiday was good apart from the case situation which put a minus on the experience.

Holidays with Alfa are perfect and this one to Cromer was no exception. Hotel, staff, food, entertainment all first class. Our driver Anthony was brilliant - wonderful sense of humour, very helpful and knowledgeable - and most of all a safe driver.

I like the personal touch, which was well indicated by the telephone contact when there was an unavoidable delay with the coach. Plus, the friendly driver made it an enjoyable journey. The hotels are always good, some better than others. The room was a basic single one, but comfortable; the hotel staff were friendly. Food can be variable depending on the hotel. This time at the Queens Hotel in Blackpool I was a bit disappointed with the meals, but that could have been due to my expectations because the last time I was there the food was excellent, better than a five-star hotel, this time I reckon there may have been a change of chef which led to my disappointment at a lower standard. However, most of the meals were acceptable with a few exceptions. Breakfasts were always good but the evening meals less so. The waiter service was excellent and our waiter, Robertson, couldn't do enough to ensure we were satisfied. On the whole I enjoy travelling on holiday with Alfa.

We have been on a number of Alfa trips but this was perhaps the best because of the standard of the food, we know that all Alfa hotels offer the same menu but the presentation and quality of the cooking was by far the best we have experienced.
The journey, though long passed by very quickly aided by Richards "jokes" , he will be missed.
Definitely our most enjoyable Alfa holiday, even the time spent at Bowburn interchange was cut to a minmum.

Value for money and friendly staff

The driver, Anthony, was very good. Informative, funny, considerate.

The hotel was good, though the food wasn't as good as previous Alfa holidays. This won't tho, put us off booking with Alfa again.

Some of the excursions, day in Norwich, especially, need reassessing.
