Had a fantastic time at the Eliot celebrating my 50th birthday. Coach driver Trevor was brilliant. The room was lovely. Food great. Entertainment a bit dated. Staff very helpful. Hotel was welcoming. Thanks for another great holiday.

Went selfdrive , on arrival greeted by friendly and helpful staff.Good choice on the menus and always nice and hot.Kept the same table all week and was served by David who was cheerful, friendly and nothing too much trouble.Evening entertainment was good but could do with some up to date music.Our drinks were served by Owen who we had a good laugh with, always friendly and polite, one of the best holidays made by the people.

Well organised. Lovely hotel with great food and obliging staff. Friendly driver informative but not intrusive.

Reception staff were great room was good food portions were a bit small but enjoyable some restaurant staff were not good for getting orders wrong..overhall it was excetting 8 day

The 1 thing that made the holiday excellent was the André Rieu concert

It's was a lovely holiday in torquay where the hotel was situated was perfect to explore the area, I also enjoyed the excursions the staff at the Hotel was so helpful and welcoming and so was JIm the coach driver, the only thing I was disappointed with was the nine hour journey to and from the Devon.

We had a great holiday in criccieth and the surrounding towns we went to, in the hands of Mike our driver who made sure we got to our destinations safely, hotel was great, friendly staff and plenty to eat. Highly recommended.

We've had 2 holidays in Alfa hotels this year. 1st we were in the The Regina hotel in Torquay and the 2nd on the Isle of Wight at The Bayshore hotel. Both hotels were comfortable, clean, well run, the staff were friendly and helpful. As for the rooms they were en suite with great showers. The food on the menu's catered for most dietary needs and tastes. The food was well cooked,brought to the table hot by pleasant staff. The bar prices were reasonable, and there were plenty of rooms to sit or relax in. The entertainment room had Bingo and live music. We will definitely be booking an Alfa holiday with our local Greenline coach company whose drivers are excellent too.

Exceptional Value with three excursions included amazing.
Fabulous holiday from beginning to end. The coach driver Tony Parnham looked after all passengers of all ages. The staff and manager at the Elliot hotel were excellent and the food was good, always a few choices to satisfy anyone. Will travel with them again.

From pickup to arriving at hotel went smoothly, our first driver to Bournemouth Shaun, was very good, on one trip we had a wheel problem, he rang his office and everything was arranged for another coach to take us onwards. Our second driver Paul was also very good, and got us home on time. Hotel staff and food very good.

First time I've travelled with her. What a lovely, kind, considerate and helpful lady. Fab sense of humour too. She was a true credit to Alfa holidays. Andy, maintenance, was very understanding and helpful when I was unwell, providing assistance. Also Taylor, receptionist. Carole my waitress, Rochelle in dining room and Stephen on the bar were very lovely and helped me a lot. Days out were great. Entertainment at hotel exceptional. Journey to & from hotel very good. Our first trip with Alpha .Have to say ,it was fantastic from start to finish .So well organised .Our driver Tony was great and very knowledgeable with facts about our day trips which we really enjoyed .Stayed at the Elliot Hotel .Staff were amazing .Nothing too much trouble for them .Food was amazing .Plenty of choice plus a chef special everyday .Rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable.Entertainment every night was good too .Thanks so much Alpha .Would definitely choose you again in the future .Keep up the great work .

Lovely holiday to Criccieth, Dave a very good friendly driver. Hotel clean and tidy, food good with gluten free options. Tours out good.

Hotel well situated. We had a self drive holiday. Between 12 to 19 September .We have stayed here about five times. The hotel does need a bit of TLC. Staff are really good and very helpful at all times. Food was varied and tasty sometimes a bit cool but rectified quickly. Will be back next year.

Excellant from pick up to getting to our hotel , driver Russell was a very good driver, informative and helpful, our waiter Colin in The Queens Hotel really looked after us as did all the hotel staff thank you for a nice holiday in Eastbourne

Fantastic Hotel staff and Food
Facilities are excellent very well looked after .
We had three Drivers Dan our first Driver from another company was excellent cheerful and helpful .
Jennifer our second Driver had lots of Local knowledge to share with us which was great excellent driver and when we had an incident with her windscreen cracking she was very professional and kept us safe by sorting out a way to return us to the hotel.
And Neil our home driver was also very good a smooth journey back home.
The excursions were excellent especially Beaulieu we will definitely revisit Royal Norfolk at Bournmouth

Third party coach had no leg room so very uncomfortable travelling to Scotland and back the on board toilet completely useless unless you was four foot high meals at hotel poor more suited to a nursing home got took to Burtonwood serv for are next trip home and wow what a big difference was using one of Alfa own coaches nice legroom toilet you could get into and use
The third party coach company are rubbish now because of them I would not recommend this company unless they guarantee you can travel on there coach,
I will not be travelling with this company again.

Staff so nice, helpful and efficient. Location great. Good entertainment.
Good food. I would highly recommend.
