Allweathers Reviews

I was unhappy with my initial order, however the follow up order was 10/10. Very quick shipping and delivery. Thankyou 36498

What an absolutely tremendous service, order delivered in less than 24 hours of purchase and in the Christmas holiday period. Would definitely recommend using AllWeathers!!

Ordered Tuesday evening, dispatched first thing Wednesday and arrived early Thursday morning. Good service and great price on Barbour shoes.

Very impressed with how quickly my Barbour jacket arrived. Although I ordered online I also spoke to staff over the phone who were both extremely helpful and friendly. So pleased I used this company and saved myself nearly £100. From this experience I would thoroughly recommend Allweathers

A very satisfied customer. Thankyou

Purchased a Barbour waxed jacket from this company last week which arrived today and I am well pleased with it.
I chose this company as their price was very competitive. There was a company offering it marginally cheaper but reviews weren't great and Allweathers had good reviews which they deserve.

Excellent 5***** service all round from Allweather. Ordering was easy and the Barbour Hereford jacket was sent the next day and I was kept informed about the fast delivery. It was a surprise present for my husband’s birthday. He was so thrilled. It fitted him perfectly, it looked fabulous on and it really is a beautiful jacket. Thank you Allweather I had one happy husband.

Excellent customer service and helpful staff on the phone.Rab jacket is great thanks

I bought a jacket from Allweathers, sadly it was too big and they didn’t have it in a smaller size. I returned the jacket by post the next day. Within 48 hours, I got an email to say a refund had been done back to my card. I was amazed how quickly everything was completed. Great customer service Allweathers and thanks for making the whole process so easy.

If you are wondering why this company has hundreds of 5 star reviews-- I found a thing a few pounds cheaper here than anywhere else. Put in a order just before christmas and realised I'd made an error in the shipping. Sent a frantic email. 5 minutes later I had a PHONE CALL from a HUMAN who instantly sorted my issue and assured me it would arrive before christmas, which it has! Amazing service, will definitely use for all my weather related purchases, and I live in Scotland so that is a lot.

This was a first and surely not last for me with this company. I processed an online order and was specific with what regarded my purchase, therefore additionally followed-up with an insightful email. They respectfully addressed my point and made sure to keep me in the loop whilst the item that they had in stock to fulfill my order was the last one and not satisfactory according to what I had requested. In the meantime they emailed and also phoned me to explain and that they were expecting new stock soon and whether I was willing to hang on. I agreed and thankfully new stock arrived within the following two days which they then straight away processed my order…again with a phone call update. Thank you Simon, I fully appreciate your transparency to fulfill this customers valid point. Till next time, all the best!

Fabulous Find!
Will 100% use this company again. Best price, fast and efficient service. Even the refund for one item was almost instant. Highly recommended. Thank-you!

I rang Allweathers and got expert advice about the Barbour jacket and correct hood to go with it, placed an order midday and it arrived 09:20 the next day! It was a very competitive price and excellent service, thank you Darren

I will be more careful when I provide 5 star rating, because the service that I received from Allweather was better than I have received from any other seller.
Ordered midday and received, well packaged, within 24 hours. Comprehensive delivery status information provided.
Considerably less expensive than other sellers.
Free postage and free returns
Product as described.
No requirement to contact seller.
Beat that.
AND - Unlike many sellers, they don't take payment prior to delivery.

This is the second time I have used this company to purchase from and both times were an identical experience - quality items at a great price, very swift shipping, with items arriving in perfect condition. I highly recommend Allweathers.

What a company to deal with. Probably the best for customer service in my few decades of online purchasing experience.
Top shelf stuff. Great items (not too much that choice is far too overwhelming) but quality gear, no rubbish.

Amazing customer service. John from Allweathers kept in contact with me and kept me updated with my order to make sure all was correct and on point. Very happy with my purchase of Timberland Authentic 3-Eye classic boat shoes which arrived with me yesterday. A great price too.
A class act. I can't recommend this professionally ran family business enough.
Thanks again.
Sean

Great service for a North Face coat, quick response to my enquiry and kindly got delivery to me super quick. Coat was in excellent condition, and super happy! Highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic service, I emailed a query on a Barbour jacket and Jon replied immediately, Jon even put the correct size by for me until I ordered! Ordering the jacket was super easy online and allweathers kept me informed by email when the jacket had been packed and shipped. Parcel arrived in perfect condition next day,!! I cannot rate this company highly enough, if you’re looking for a great price Barbour jacket then order from Allweathers you will not be disappointed. Attention to detail, great communication and excellent customer service leave this company way out in front (as the title, they deserve 10 stars!). Thanks to all for a very pleasant transaction.
