First used AP 10 years ago when I had my first baby, recommended them to EVERYONE and bought for others' babies as gifts. Recently bought again for baby #2, postage has always been speedy, excellent value for money and customer service has been second to none. Really polite, issue sorted. Just what you want. Will never not recommend amber pumpkin.

Sent for a necklace and anklet. Thanks to Tony's amazing eye for sending just the right things. I was more than pleased. Grandson was over the moon with his amber anklet. Will definitely be recommending them to friend and family .

It's companies like this that make me want to leave amazing reviews for them!!! So my son had an amber necklace from another company which broke less than 6 months. I straight away went on and found amber pumpkin whose prices were very reasonable!!! I messaged firstly asking about sizing which was met with an answer asap. I then explained in the note that it was my son's birthday on the Friday and was there any chance for his new replacement amber necklace to be dispatched asap(bear in mind this was Sunday) I then came home on Tuesday afternoon to an extra necklace as. A birthday treat in the bigger size for my son after 2 days of delivery with a special note saying happy birthday have an extra special day!!! Just wow. With this kindness and this special note my 5 year old was over the moon!!!! He loves his necklace it's beautiful our order we got had beautiful blue stones along with the amber. The customer service we have received has been more than excellent and that extra special note makes me want to rate this company 100 out of 10. Will definitely be ordering from you again as both my son's wear amber necklaces and it's really de my son's day wishing him happy bday!!! Thank you so much :) will be recommending to all my friends and family over the moon! Also o paid and bought 2 necklaces so this wasn't for free just I'm so happy with how this company have showed me this customer service ☺️🙏

Quick delivery lovely bracelets, i ordered 2 adult anklets and a bracelet, a free bracelet was also included as the champagne colour was more of a honey colour.
I have ordered these some years ago for when my children were young, I still have those and they wore them all the time!

I would not hesitate to order from Amber Pumpkin again. Not only was the website easy to navigate and pleasing to the eye the company were prompt to answer any with queries and questions that I asked and were very prompt with delivery also. I bought 2 bracelets for my daughter both snapped the response I received was they might snap might be better to look at a different company to order from

I ordered an amber anklet for my infant son, to help with his teething. It arrived and I put it on my sons ankle, made sure it was secure and that it fitted well. Not even an hour later - I noticed that the anklet was no longer on his ankle. I contacted the company and explained that it must have been faulty as it had fallen off and they sent a replacement- I was very happy, great customer service. The replacement arrived. Again I put it on, checked and double checked. It fell off again, this time I found it - it wasn't snapped and the screw fixture was in tact still. I screwed up thr screw and fiddled with it a little, it just pulls straight out of the threads, it will still screw in but easily comes undone. Can't fault the customer service but the product is cheap and needs to be improved.

I have made multiple purchases from Amber Pumpkinand will continue to buy Amber jewellery from them.

Their customer services are great, I had an order some time ago whetr the wrong necklace had been picked and sent. They resolved the issue immediately.

They have been excellent for my two daughters teething, my only regret is not knowing about them when I had my Son.

After measuring my wrists and ordering the correct size, the bracelets arrived. Not the original colour I wanted!.
After wearing them for 2 weeks ( they seemed to help) they stretched so much that they were dangerous to wear during the day at work. Trying to get response from Amber pumpkin was the most unhelpful.
Amber bracelets yes but NOT through this company

1st of all I'd like to start of by saying I searched high and low all over the Internet for real amber bracelets/anklets for my teething 5 month old as hes been really struggling, after a few emails back and too I was sure I measured my sons ankle right and ordered a 20cm bracelet (as my son is so chunky) so the braclets showed up this morning the company actually sent me 2 the person I was emailing must have been so sure I was ordering the wrong size and I'm so glad they did as the 20cm one didn't fit and the other one fitted perfect..honestly it's kind gestures like this from a small business I think other people should be made aware off and also support, especially as I told them just how much my son was struggling and they mustn't have wanted me to be disappointed if it didn't fit, I am so grateful for your kindness and help and wish you nothing but amazing returns, would definitely purchase another one soon.
So if anyone is hesitant about ordering please believe me when I say this is the best company to order from

I researched where To purchase my amber beads from as a lot you find online are fake .
These amber beads are amazing and I did not even realise until I saw the teeth appear that my baby was teething.
The customer service I received from Toby was incredible .
Will definitely recommend and use again .

The best amber jewellery! I have the adjustable bracelet / anklets for my little boy to wear on his ankles when he is teething and they 100% make a difference to his teething symptoms. He is less dribbly and seems in less pain. There are lots of different designs - I like the plain honey and cognac ones for my little boy. The Amber is genuine - I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my Amber jewellery. Delivery has always been fast too.
