American Musical Supply Reviews

They lie. Say don’t pull credit.. they do, a hard pull. Don’t bite on the zero interest and no credit check. They ask you for a review before they tell you you’re approved. They make it seem like all is good. My credit is 671…. They said no to a 1500 dollar purchase. They lie and lie some more. Very disappointing

Great customer service and huge selection of equipment at great prices.

I've been able to find what I need. The Rockstar status is great to help get your gear right away and make payments.

I called in and spoke with Glenn to get a pair of Focal Alpha Evo 50's. Glenn was able to get my request taken care of quickly and efficiently, which made the process smooth. I've been using AMS for about 7 years now and have never had any quality or customer service issues. Keep up the great work.

They are awesome and always ship fast!!!i always buy from them

I highly recommend American Musical Supply. They have amazing shipping turn-around times. Their prices on blemshed gear is competitive. They actually care about whether or not you are happy with your purchase and have a personalized touch to the overall experience. Thanks guys!

Very affordable. Fairly quick shipping. I have used AMS since 2009 and I will continue using them. Thanks again, AMS!

I've been using AMS for years, and they have been great. They have people on staff you can relate to. Ordering is easy, and there's always a nice selection with great categories to help you sift through the items to find what you really want.

The no interest payment plans are great and make it so easy to get what you want! I’ve used this service 3 times and will be using again soon! The company has great customer service and never any issues.

American Musical Supply is hands down the best music supplier I have ever worked with. The salespeople, particularly Glenn W, are insanely knowledgeable and kind, shipping is always lightning fast, and the products are always top-notch. Proud to be a longtime customer.

I'm a long time customer and a repeat customer, why? because of the level of customer service I get each and every time I make a purchase or even an inquiry about a product. I'm not going to tell you the prices are better than anyone but the payment plans and fast shipping are awesome. The selection of products is vast and the sales team is very knowledgeable, they are actually musicians so they really know whats up!

AMS literally makes it too easy. Great selection of gear and zero interest payment plans. Super fast delivery and it shows up in perfect condition. AMS is always my first stop when I'm looking for new gear.

I have bought guitar effect pedals and other equipment over the years making all my purchases online. All I have have to say that I have never had a problem with an American Musical supply order that I have placed. The shipping is super fast and everything always delivered in pristine condition. My only interaction with a live representative was a few years ago and the rep delivered excellent customer service to me and was easy to speak with. For those consumers who wish to have musical equipment or instruments at a great price and easy payment plans and still have money to gas up your vehicle then you should place your next order with AMS ! They are awesome !

Dylan R heard my long story about how I missed a spring sale price and worked with me to alleviate the increase. He was simply fantastic.

I have been buying gear from AMS for more than 20 years, and my experience is always great. The one time there was an issue, not being their fault, they took care of it quickly. Thank you always so much, American Musical Supply for always being awesome!!!

AMS has been amazing!

They have excelled in every way since my very first order with them.
Excellent DJ and audio gear options, fast shipping, and great payment plan options have made my business improve significantly over the past year. I wish I would’ve known of them sooner.

Thank you, AMS!

There is a reason why I have been a customer of AMS for so long! The service and the flexibility of payments. Every interaction is always about the customer and what best suits them! The product selection is always AMAZING! Thanks again Dylan, Patrick and everyone else!
