I never had an easier or more pleasant experience than I have had with this company. The instrument I got LTD 1000 Deluxe with emgs was in perfect condition, and plays so well. along with a Hercules guitar stand and also a spark two practice amp that is amazing. everything was financed except for the Hercules and of course a t-shirt, because I'm going to advertise for them. Everything has been just great. the financing was easy and fast. Everything has been a wonderful experience and I really appreciate the effort made to have a quality product, shipped in a quality manner, and I have no complaints at this point what so ever. The date will say 7/30/2026, but all me purchases have within that date, to where I am waiting on more stuff from Zzounds.

I just bought a Guild OM 320 and received it three days after purchasing. It was well packaged and in excellent shape. I will buy from them again.

zZounds is the absolute best music gear experience I have ever had. I have bought multiple items from them, successfully paid gear off using their 12 month, zero interest, no credit check payment plan and I am so very thankful for this service they provide. My only fear is, I hope & pray no irresponsible musicians mess this beautiful gift up. Lord knows, music as a career doesn’t necessarily lend itself to sparkling credit with most gigs paying cash, so for zZounds to provide this for us is a true blessing. I hope they enact a top tier program, where those of us that take this gift seriously will always be able to make this arrangement with zZounds. I have good friends that deal with zZounds and we all say the same thing: “I won’t shop anywhere else. Period.” Why would I?! Why give my hard earned money to companies that want to gouge prices, tell me, “We can get it for you in a week!” and don’t have the items I want in stock?! Noooo..zZounds is my “Go To” as my friend Arte Hernandez says!! I just purchased a Presonus Studiolive series III se24 mixer and I think it’s beautiful & brilliant! This is literally a zero star experience. God d&mn thieves. Just had $165.47 stolen from my bank account after making a payment as a gift for a family member last month. Even though I checked the little box that says “don’t use this card for anything in the future” they took it upon themselves to commit a little bank fraud and so it anyways. Their rationale.. “they have a 6 month payment plan. Now there’s only 3 months left” don’t spare a second of business with this predatory ahh company or granny might be buying you a Gibson Les Paul after trying to get you a pack of picks.

Disrespectful customer service. I contacted them about a defective Reloop turntable that is well within its 12-month manufacturer warranty. Because it was past their 45-day store policy, the support rep was incredibly rude, dismissive, and acted like I was making up the issue.
I’m a serious buyer who just spent $1,400 on a Technics unit because of the defect, so being treated like a scammer by their staff is unacceptable. They might have gear, but their post-purchase support has a terrible attitude. Go to Sweetwater instead—they actually treat their customers like human beings.

Good selection, great prices, excellent financing options, and the best customer service! No harassing you over a pack of guitar string, just genuine help when you need it. They even sent me a $50 gift card as a pick me up after a break up.

Attempted to purchase something from their website and submitted for one of their payment plans. I was excited for my payment to be low and get a decent starter guitar to learn on. I received an email shortly thereafter stating that I had a bad payment history with them (I had never ordered before so didn't get why they said this) and that they were cancelling my order. Wow okay... Then next day they bombard my PayPal account with 16 dollar charges, over ten of them, draining the account and putting it negative. As it turns out, another person in my family with a similar name ordered from them and defaulted. I didn't know at all that their account was in bad standing. But I put in my social security number and DOB, they had to have known if they had even done a basic once over of my information. They took my payment method which was supposedly "secure" and manually used it to pay a different account. I told them it wasn't me and they basically taunted me, not taking even five seconds to hear me out. Horrendous thieves. I plan to reach out to my family member, who probably should pay me back for this, but still, their customer service was so incredibly rude! Our addresses aren't even the same!

easy to order from, great customer service ,the ability to finance things with out some of the hassles of others , i would definitely recommend to others and will be making future purchase's

It won't let me give it a zero? I won't buy even a pick from this garbage co.0amy ever again. Zero customer support! Neither will the hundreds of musicians I know as a concert promotor and club owner in FL! What good is a cancel button if it's slower than the delivery process? Then blamed me. Never again! Never again! Never again! And neither will the musicians I know! I know what the zz is for now- their customer service response! I started spreading the word!

This was my first purchase in a while with Zzounds. After a setback in playing bass guitar, my urge to play again was strong and I remembered Zzound's "Play As You Pay" payment options so I took advantage of it and placed my order. With their free and fast shipping I had my music gear in 3 days on my front porch. It was an Orange brand bass combo amp. My expectations were exceeded with quality, price and expert packing of gear. With Zzounds top-notch quality of inventory I'm pumped & ready to place my next order!

Zzounds has become my first stop when shopping for gear. I've purchased guitars, effects and more from Zzounds and have never been disappointed. The fact that they allow me to choose monthly payments with no interest and no credit checks is the best. My most recent purchase was a lefty Ibanez multi-scale bass listed as open box in "very good" condition. Could've told me it was brand new and I would have believed them. I'll continue to come back to Zzounds when I'm on the hunt for something to see if they have it first. Thank you for the awesome service you provide.

The fact that these guys even have such a 12 month pay while you get the gear right away. Also, I got the product an amp like two days after I ordered it which is incredibly fast. I expected and would have been happy if it had taken seven to ten days to get to me. They are incredibly good. Thank them from me.

EASE of sale ,great product .Recently purchased a picollo snare from Zzound , a Ludwig , Carl Palmer anniversary edition, and I must say it is one of the best purchases, LOVE IT!! WORTH ALL THE MONEY I PAID FOR IT.

zZounds continues to amaze me. On May 14th around 4pm I ordered a leather strap for my Yamaha and Talor Mini. I received the straps at 11am on the 15th, absolutely amazing shipping and delivery speed. And the straps are amazing, so soft and comfortable. Thank you so much for continued great products and shipping.

Don't buy anything used, open boxed and display model. I bought an open boxed Yamaha MODX6, it came just thrown in a box no protection, the pitch shift didn't work at all. Also bought a MPC Live 2 display model, thing keeps crashing,.. everything else I bought new, and it all works great, and ah, oh,. I bought a Roland v drum set, it came with the module broken, had to buy another drum module used for like $300. and a YDP digital piano I bought came with a broken bench... I've spend about $15k altogether from there, most of the stuff was fine, like I said.

Top service and ubeatable financing! I was broke and they trust me! I'm a long time customer with a long string of orders. Zero problem. Great company!!

Absolutely sucks. zZounds is dispersing credit now like the government does welfare. You want a better deal on equipment go to MusiciansFriend.com. They actually give you money back on everything you purchase. Avoid these clowns at all costs! Their credit department and customer service is terrible 😑

Ordered my PRS SE Custom 24 on Sat, arrived Tuesday by standard shipping. Was double boxed for protection. Guitar was in perfect condition. Their price beat everyone and they had a finish others didn’t offer. Online ordering was easy.
