My extensions are in such a bad condition after having hair in for 4 months but you don't want to do anything about it!!! In the past the hair has lasted a year and still been in better condition than the most recent hair. Tell me its product overload but I only use the same products l always have used and it's been fine in the past!
Joke of a company! Avoid and spend your money somewhere else with better customer service!

I absolutely love Angel Remy hair, the hair is super soft and long lasting, as a hair extensionist all I would say is about hair restocking can be a little bit of an issue. Other than that the hair they use and the quality is 10/10 and I would recommend to anyone who was thinking about hair extensions

This is the 3rd time I have used this hair. It is fantastic quality, very thick and silky smooth. With the correct aftercare products this hair can last 12 months.

Got a different colour of extensions as my usual colour was out of stock. Extensions lasted no more than 8 weeks. Falling out, broken and extremely bad quality. I have been ordering from angel remy for 8+ year and never had this problem.

I have used Angel Remy for 4/5 years and not had any problems since my most recent hair which I bought 4 month ago. The quality has changed drastically- it’s shredding and very very knotty and dry. I can brush it and within an hour it’s filled with knots and boffed up that’s without me even leaving the house. It looks terrible and this is not acceptable considering it’s cost me over £300. I have reached out to them on instagram to ask if there is a bad batch and they have been quite unhelpful and won’t deal with me they want my hairdresser who ordered it to email them. I have already asked my hairdresser and she says her last hair from them has been very knotty too. She also says (and they have confirmed) that I’d need to have the hair removed and send it back so they can send it away for testing 🤦🏼‍♀️ I feel this is a cop out because honestly how long will this take and who is actually going to do that! It’s my birthday in 2 weeks and I’ll want my hair in for that as it’s cost me £300. So disappointed, I will never give them another penny and will be buying from another supplier going forward. Avoid at all costs, also cant believe how many bad reviews are on here saying the same thing, we can’t all be wrong!!!

Colours are never what there meant to be, I’ve spent more time having to return hair then I have fitting it

The women is rude and will ignore you if you have any complaints
The hair I got was cheap synthetic tacky hair and I returned it within 6 days tracked shipping (her own site states aslong as returned within 30 days you can get a refund or return) I messaged her Co friend the return and asked for my refund she stated she doesn’t do them i explained it states on her own site and im entitled to one she then said she would ignore me if I messaged her or emailed her refused a refund at any cost she wouldn’t budge and was honestly the rudest women’s ever
Upon googling her and reading reviews im not the only one to have this issue
Shown the bank her site and the proof and now there doing a dispute

When buying soemthing you want to be confident if unfortunately there’s any issues you can get it sorted

First time using these guys and it was so easy, although clear pay wouldn’t work at check out unfortunately. The communication was great and order arrived as arranged/ expected. The quality of the ponytail was much better than other sellers in my opinion

Really quick delivery. Have used companies before whose closures are twice the price- this one looks thick and luscious- looking forward to trying !
