Poor quality and bad customer service
I purchased a wraparound ponytail from this company and it tangled very easily, so I found myself brushing it - with a wig brush - much more than I would have expected, and after just 7 days large parts of the hairpiece were frayed, had lost its shine, and had become frizzy. When I asked for a refund, I was told the item had already been heavily discounted so no refund would be issued and that, from the photos I sent, they accused me of using heat on the fibres, which I did not do; I've used hairpieces for many years and this is the worst I've ever used by far. I cannot comment on the rest of the products from this company as I have not used them, but I highly recommend avoiding the ponytails.

Teresa, you can clearly see from the photos you have sent us that heat had been applied to the hair piece which cannot be done with synthetic hair and because of this the hair piece has been singed. This is the cause of the lost shine, frays and frizzy patches you are describing. As you can see on the website we state these are a non-refundable sale item at £10, the synthetic pieces we sell are amazing for this price. Synthetic hair pieces are not made for permanent use, if this is something you are looking for maybe a human hair piece would be more beneficial to you.

The hair colours are true to pictures online. Very silky good quality hair. Only downfall was i had to pay 81€ extra for duty on them coming into ireland

I have been using Angel Remy Hair for around 7 years now and honestly, they are the best in the business. The quality of the hair is always outstanding. My clients love it and it lasts beautifully. Their customer service is just as amazing as their products. On the rare occasion I messed up an order, they were so helpful and understanding, and made sure my order was sent out to me straight away. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend Angel Remy!

Hello Natalie, you informed us that 3 strands had came away from the metal tip which is unheard of for us, when we offered to get the hair re-tipped, you then told us you had already threw two strands away. We are disappointed that you are saying "dreadful customer service" when we had offered to help you.
Why was I charged for next day delivery
Ordered Thursday 11.23am (before bank holiday)
My order was not posted out until Tuesday (this should have been posted out Thursday as I ordered before 12 noon or at the latest on the Friday.
There was no answer at the warehouse when I chased this up and no note on their website advising customers that they would be closed Thursday & Friday before the bank holiday.
I was still charged the £8.95 for next day pre 1pm delivery but my order took 5 days to arrive even though bank holiday was only 1 day.

Hello Dotty, our bundles are sold by weight not the number of strands. For example if you buy a 16g bundle, usually you will get 20 strands but as it's sold by the weight it could be some more or less.

Absolutely awful hair extensions ive never had such bad extentions in all my life!! Do not waste youre money, ive messsed an trying yo contact then even by email and they are totally ignoring me an i think they will wait till 30 days are up then say i cant return the hair. I had the hair in 2 days and it notted really bad its snapped awfully i paid 514 pounds for hair to snapp matt an wont brush very well! It smells like sentheic hair!! Im absolutely devastated as im a mum an just wanted a new look and i got this as the outcome! Beauty works all the way!!! This hair is awful and i wouldnt ever go back do not waste youre money people i will be posting all over socials too!

Hello Chelsey, you emailed us on 03/08/25 when we were closed and then left us this review 2 hours later. This is why you didn't receive a reply straight away. Our hair is 100% Human hair not synthetic. Regarding the hair "snapping", you admitted on Whatsapp that you hadn't had the ends cut off, this is the over hang you are looking at not snapped hair. The over hang should always be cut off.
