Just placed my 3rd order with Annebuy. Love their selection and all great quality. Shipping does take approximately 5 weeks. But ordered at a busy time. Definitely worth the wait.

I am very disappointed with annebuy as they had said my diamond painting would arrive on the 22 of December for Christmas but still dint get it . That is why i ordered it for a Christmas Gift ... Not goping to order from them anymore :(

This company is awesome never ordered from annebuy before I will continue ordering from here I didn't know how to setup PayPal account and she sent me a link I had a stroke so my short term memory is bad!

The dot paintings I have purchased are really lovely, and the service I have received was very prompt and super helpful. Will definitely order from ANNEBUY again.

I order from Anne Buy for the first time. I received my order in a timely matter. T he quality was excellent. I was able to see the symbols with no problems. The quality of their Diamond Paintings were just as good as the top company. I will order again when I need to order again.

I've ordered several times from Annebuy and am never disappointed! The kits are high quality and always have plenty of beads. Their customer service is outstanding! In my last order, I couldn't find one of the bags and thought I did not receive it. I emailed them and received a reply in a timely manner. I did find the bag and let them know. They were very happy and so was I. I will be ordering often!

I have ordered from annebuy 3 times in the past 2 months. I have found the paintings and drills to be of good quality and the symbols on the paintings are clear. The prices and the sizes of the paintings are excellent. I will continue to buy from them.

The company dealt with vigorous questioning very well and for £27 we got 4 quality products being shipped from China. P&P was only £7 and will definitely be ordering more

I have just ordered my fourth canvas from Annebuy, three for me and one for my granddaughter. I have only had excellent service so far. The packages have arrived on time and when I ran out of one colour they were very quick to respond. Just waiting for my new canvas and short sent colour on my previous canvas. I rate you 10 star. This has kept my sanity during lockdown.

The problem arose when your company sold out of the painting that I ordered. This is not an issue that I have ever had and I order from many companies. Anne Buy has given me a coupon for my next painting. Thank you.

I had to email the service centre after placing an order because I realized that the area code wasn't mine and I was worried that when it arrived in Australia I may not receive it ----Annebuy was quick to reply to me to say that everything was fixed and they had changed the area code on my order and not to worry ---very good service --I will buy again --Doreen

I'm very happy with annebuy. The quality of the diamond paintings, delivery is normally around 10 days, fabulous selection to choose from and very good customer service dept, very fair delivery costs too.

Ordered a diamond art from Annebuy, was concerned as it hadn't arrived. Very helpful when emailed company. Item now arrived and is very good quality. I am very pleased with it and will order again. Would recommend.

I Diamond Painting I ordered from Annbu is so beautiful. Everything is so clear and easy to read. The canvas itself is very good quality. I received my painting in about 2 and a half weeks. I will be ordering from Annbuy again.
