I have purchased several Diamond Dottings from Annebuy.Excellant to deal with.A1 postage beautiful vibrant colours. I must admit I have an obsession with their Christmas designs & all have turned out Beautifully. I have advanced to a larger size this time 40x50 so very excited to see how this turns out.Love when they arrive to start a new project.

I received my purchase in a timely manner, however two of the items received which were duplicates were missing beads to the to the diamond painting project. the representative handled my case very professionally and quickly, within 12-24 hours and walked me through the process of reporting and confirmed notification to the factory and that I will be receiving the missing items to both projects. I'm very appreciative and satisfied with the service received.

I didn’t have a great experience with my first purchase. The print I chose was hard to read as some of the signs/numbers were printed in black on dark colours. I let the customer service know. The person I delt with went above & beyond to come to a resolution I would be happy with. I can’t thank her enough she certainly instilled my confidence to deal with this company again. Extremely happy with the resolution.

I placed 2 orders a day apart and got notified that one was out of stock. I was cool with that. I got my second order really quickly which I loved. I emailed you all about my first order the next day my neighbor brought me my package and told me it had been dropped at her house by a new mail carrier. I checked my email and found that it had been delivered the day before. I sent an email back to you to tell you I got it. That's great customer service. To my surprise the two that were out of stock were in the order of 16 new fun pieces. Thanks guys you are awesome.
