I sold my property and then bought my next property with AQ. I cannot fault the service at all, there was always someone to answer questions, it felt like working with friends! I would especially like to thank Ashton and Emma who for me, personally, where just so helpful and lovely, that being said, the whole team were amazing and went above and beyond during the whole process, which wasn't straight forward. I will be recommending them whole heartedly in the future.

Excellent service provided. Haven’t sold a or bought a property in 30yrs. Staff very helpful explaining everything to us. Really handy having the WhatsApp group which when used was answered promptly and so polite and friendly.

Then we met Lennie one day in the office and what a lovely lady she is. Great couple together. All the other team are great too. Emma , Zoe and Ashton. Well what can I say about the team at AQ, I was very unsure about selling my house and very unsure about the process involved. Chris and Emma came round to do a valuation and it’s strange to say they made me feel welcome in my own home. They had the measurements done in speedy time and sat us down for an informal conversation they was there for about 20 minutes and in that time they answered all questions and told us everything we needed to know. With that said off they went and the very next morning we had 5 viewings booked in for that week, the first couple to come round Louis had shown around he was full of professionalism and knew what he was talking about he was quick to answer any catchy questions and again remained respectful to it still being our home which we still very much loved. The first couple had left and they placed an offer well above the asking price and i genuinely believe this was down to Louis and the team for how much they stressed the quality of the house for the asking price.

Team AQ made the whole process so easy and comforting and always acted quickly and professional it was the added personal touches what did it for us, you can clearly see for these guys it’s not just a job it’s not just about selling houses but they have a genuine care for the clients involved.

Quirk & Co worked tirelessly to help our young family find our perfect forever home, as first time buyers we were unaware of everything but quirks made the process so easy for us, they kept us informed at every step, they kept in touch almost daily using WhatsApp and the MIO app. A great team who keep family value at heart! Fantastic experience and would 100% recommend to anyone looking for the perfect property.

From start to finish when i first met up with Chris i found the whole team very professional, great pictures were taken and good value for money . Thank you to Emma who we dealt with most of the time and she seemed so happy and enthusiastic on the phone, to be fair anytime we contacted anyone from the team or they contacted us nothing was ever a problem . Will definitely recommend and use again in the future if needed.

We used Anthony Quirks to sell my mothers bungalow, from start to finish was seamless and the property marketed well, a special thanks to Emma and Zoe who continually kept us up to speed with viewings and feedback whilst the property was on the market.
