I would have greatly appreciated to have been told I had to pay duties and taxes : Spanish VAT and ancillary costs from FedEx. In fact, you receive GBP 90 and I paid double!

Great offer on this canteen of cutlery, came very quickly unfortunately I was not at home due to an appointment and dpd driver would not deliver to neighbour.
I arranged redelivery to my neighbour as I was away and no weekend delivery slots. Still happy with the goods I received which is a wedding present

I’m very happy with my new cutlery set. It is beautiful and I know that I’ll get many years of enjoyment from it. It is great that this product is made in the UK. The delivery service was impressive, especially given that I ordered it to be shipped to New Zealand. I’d like to give credit to Amy as she was most helpful and responsive with my questions. This was a pleasant experience, and I look forward to buying more pieces from Arthur Price in the future to add to my collection.

The service was good
The service was good, delivery was a bit slow and I thought that my order had gone missing. I emailed you and you were happy to send replacement items. Fortunately my order arrived later than expected but Amy was ready to send an immediate replacement order. Very polite and amicable correspondence .
The cutlery is beautiful very well made and elegant design, I have been collecting the items over a few years and the quality has stayed the same

User friendly website with very good product information on all items. Easy to order items and payment system. Advice on delivery process was on website and the item I ordered was delivered on time as specified. Excellent service by courier company who delivered the item.

Fantastic Customer Service!
I wish I knew the name of the lady at Arthur Price HQ who helped me.
I was traveling on short notice to the UK for three days and needed a set of fish eaters sent to my hotel to arrive during the time I was going to be there - not because I had issues with the hotel’s silverware, but because I wanted to hand-carry them back to the US.
She found the item, shipped it, and it was waiting with the concierge for my collection when I checked in.
Fabulous!! 12/10 would absolutely recommend.
