Good communication and well packaged product. As described.

This review is for some items in the ‘Everyday Classic Kings’ range.
A few years ago I was gifted a set of
6xTable Knives & Forks, 6xDessert Spoons and 6xTeaspoons. They have been washed in a dishwasher and after 3yrs they still shine as new. They are substantial and take a little time to get used to the weight. Recently I decided to purchase more of the range. I found the website easy to negotiate and ordering easy to do. After sales communication and delivery time were good. I plan to gradually increase the pieces I have. They are worth every penny.

Great to find a replacement for a 45 year old Arthur Price fish fork, sadly recently lost.
Only discernible difference is the font size and arrangement has changed slightly on the rear stamping. In essence an ideal match for original.
Good service, not overly priced and speedy delivery of a quality, well wrapped, factory boxed item.

This turned out to be a delightful company to deal with. I ordered spoons for my husband who is disabled and having more difficulty with eating so size of the spoons was important. It was quite difficult with measurements in volume to work out what would be best so I tried 2 sizes. Without question or cost the company changed the spoons to the best size and dispatched the new spoons quickly. Everything was perfectly packaged and the spoons are of excellent quality. This was a 5 star experience in a 2 star day. Thank you.

We wanted a replacement dessert fork, which we got. I for one am fed up with the modern version of the ‘Spanish Inquisition’ that is the survey. Give us a break!

I purchased an Arthur Price cutlery set from John Lewis and was really disappointed with the packaging.

Each individual piece in the 7-piece, 8-place setting set (56 items in total) was wrapped in its own non-recyclable plastic bag, creating a huge amount of completely unnecessary waste. This feels very out of step with current expectations around sustainability.

In addition, many of the items had extremely sticky labels attached to the handles. These were difficult to remove, often tore, and left residue behind, making what should have been a simple unboxing process frustrating and time-consuming.

The cutlery itself may be good quality, but the excessive plastic packaging and poor labelling significantly detract from the overall experience. I would expect better from both the manufacturer and the retailer.

The order was processed and shipped so quickly. My sister received the item and is bringing the cutlery to Canada for me. You can’t buy such excellent quality cutlery in Canada and I wanted to update my Rattail set which is timeless.
