The product description for the Keylab 49 mk3 says it has an aluminum housing. Unfortunately, that's not true, it's made of plastic.
Hurricane Danage Support
My brand new Arturia Drumbrute Impact drum machine was damaged during Hurricane Milton. I had no idea, in what manner it was damaged, all that I knew is that it wouldn't power up. My home was flooded but my drum machine was up high, so it wasn't flooded. Once my power was reestablish nine days after the storm, I immediately contacted Arturia support. They endured my incessant whining and begging for a replacement unit. They patiently listened and trouble shooted possible issues. I noticed that my instrument power supply light was not turning on when plugged in and Arturia immediately sent me out a replacement instrument power supply to determine if that may have been the issue. It turned out that it was my power supply and my Arturia DrumBrute Impact drum machine is back to being fully functional again. I am so happy and grateful for the customer and technical support at Arturia Instruments. They went out of their way to help me and I appreciate it. I really like my drum machine instrument. I think Arturia makes wonderful Instruments and I appreciate their support.
Bad company, bad products
Hi.
Few years ago I bought Arturia Minibrute 2.
It stopped working properly. Ive contacted support and I did the things they said to try to reset it.
After I sent the video, bill of purchase and everything else, they saw that its the problem with the device. They they forwarded my problem to after sales team that never responded back. And I contacted them on the same email where we communicated before.
With some guy named Andres.
So, if your synth stops working in a few years, you can go and f... yourself.
I would never imagine that Arturia is a such poor quality brand. I am a professional music producer since 2008. Never had any of my synths stop working. But the most rude thing is, that when they noticed that the problem is with the device itself, they just stopped communicating.
I have a few of their other products, hope they don't stop working. Will never ever buy again nothing from them. And I am not mad at them, I just cant believe that they treat their customers like that.
Never buy they products.

Clicking Keys
I had a brand new Keylab 88 mkii and I played mostly with headphones.
I noticed some mechanical clicking on the keyboard keys, which was not consistent throughout the entire bed. Basically about 5 keys made a clicking noise.
I contacted technical help, and Eduardo set up a RMA. Eduardo was helpful in understanding the issue and was expedient to resolve my situation.
I did previously try to do the unlock technique which I previously contacted technical help and that did not resolve the problem.
Three Waves did take care of the issue and the keyboard arrived unharmed as well.

I’ve been contacting Arturia since August 26th about transfer/fixing my software and hardware registration and Leo hasn’t been much help sending my the same message response. I would beware of Arturia use to be a great company but now they don’t care about their customers.

OMG…. Best customer service I have ever had. 6 year old drum machine playing up. No quibbles, sent it back to them and they fixed it, and sent it back to me within 3 days. Amazing.

Fantastic customer service!
Communication was 5 star, turnaround time was 5 star, and the level of service was 5 stars. I needed cables and knobs for a BeatStep Pro that was out of warranty. After I reached out to the main cust service, I found out that they had another office in the USA not far from me, so I reached out to them too. I received replies from both very quickly. They consolidated my two service requests, and shipped out the parts I needed very quickly and only charged me a minimum for domestic shipping - even though the unit was long out of warranty. I was emailing with Arturia's customer support and parts department, both in France and USA, everyone seemed to be connected & worked together very smoothly.

Good sound and nice service
I had a hardware problem with the "mute" button on my Audiofuse, which is otherwise an excellent sound card. I contacted Arturia support. They quickly offered to take charge of the repair, free of charge, even though the warranty had expired. Within 15 days, I had my equipment back as good as new. Customer service stayed in touch with me throughout the repair, pro-active, serious and always available to answer questions. Thank you Arturia, great brand!
Very poor customer service - unwilling to assist
This company has predatory pricing and very little customer service. Pricing structure constantly fluctuates in hopes of getting you to pay more for less! Customer service is essentially worthless - you buy a product and defective or not, you own it!

I contacted Arturia Tech Support with a question about how to select the best headphones to pair with a MiniFuse 2. Even before creating the ticket there was a note advising that there may be a delay in getting a response, so I already knew not to expect an 'immediate' reply. To their credit tech support replied one week later with an extremely detailed reply on how to work out which headphones would best suit my needs. I'd give more than five stars if this were possible. So much better than another company I've had to deal with recently.
Extremely Buggy and Waste of time
I had issues with it since day 1 a few years ago and I went through months of back and forth with Arturia support and even sent it in to be tested. They first said that the main board was faulty and that it would take a long time to get the new part from France. Then, mysteriously, they messaged back and said that it had been fixed and that wasn't the issue. It only ever kinda worked for me. I removed it from my studio and it sat in storage for over a year. I finally tried to get the patience and courage to plug it back in again to try out, and the experience was so frustrating and buggy that I realized I needed to get this thing out of my life, so I (regrettably) listed it on eBay. Someone purchased it, I sent it to them, they plugged it in, and within the first 10 minutes, it stopped making a sound. Now, for the past two weeks, I have been playing tech support for this person, trying to help them to get it to work. They said Arturia support is not responding to him. I wish I would have destroyed the unit and not pass on this burden to someone else. I just thought it worked (because Arturia told me it did) and that I just didn't understand the particular nature of it. It turns out that it doesn't work. It never did and Arturia knew it, but tried to cover it up and has wasted hours of my time and now another person's time.
Terrible support and low quality
Middle C doesn't work on my Microbrute and support hasn't solved the problem.The quality of the product is very low.
Amazing device, amazing support
The MiniFreak is freakin amazing and the support I received from Arturia regarding advice was second to none. They really went above and beyond and I cannot recommend Arturia enough. So happy with my purchase and my dealing directly with them.

Je possède plusieurs produits de chez Arturia ( Polybrute ; Audiofuse et Analog lab ) .Bien entendu compte tenu des possibilités offertes par ces instruments je n ai pas réussi ( je suis amateur ) à tout régler du premier coup et j ai du à 2 ou 3 reprises contacter le support technique .J ai été ravi de voir à la fois la rapidité de la réponse ( moins de 24 heures ) ainsi que la qualité des réponses qui m ont permis de régler ces petits problèmes , ce qui est loin loin d être le cas avec d autres supports techniques ( de plus on m a répondu en français) auxquels j ai déjà eu à faire .
Et deuxième point après la qualité du support technique : la qualité des produits .
Je n ai pas vraiment l habitude de laisser des avis sur le net mais dans ce cas précis d Arturia je tiens à leur tirer mon chapeau , le maitre mot : QUALITÉ !!!

Got the job done
Got the job done! I had a problem with a MiniLab 3 that abruptly quit working, after a bit of troubleshooting they shipped me a replacement. New one is working great! All told it took a few weeks, and I think they could have got it done more quickly, but explanations were made and I have a feeling most people will have a quicker result than I did. Thanks!
