Already blown away with the quality of the products but the cherry on the cake was the awesome customer service. I accidentally broke a knob on my keystep pro and after enquiring about purchasing a replacement, they offered to send it to me free of charge. What a kind gesture. You don’t get customer support like that very often. Thanks guys.

Wow... I juste received the blue & Orange knobs Kindle sent by the GREAT Arturia Support... I Just ask them If it was possible to fine and buy thèse two knobs to customize my regular Polybrute... and they sent it to me... for free! Quick response once Serial Number, purchase, etc, established. Mute button had broken off unit - they provided a fedex number and returned the product repaired within 7 days.

I was forced to give my sound card for warranty repair to another country. At the same time, unexpected difficulties arose and I'm very grateful to Arturia's support service (Daniel) for prompt assistance.

Keystep 37 usb adapter.
I bought a Keystep 37 second hand and it was missing the usb ground loop adapter. After requesting the cost of a replacement, I was asked to submit the purchase details and within a few weeks the part had arrived- free of charge including postage.
This isn’t the first time their customer support has been outstanding. Very pleased with all the Arturia gear I own and very pleased with the company.
I had trouble with the pitch wheel…
I had trouble with the pitch wheel working properly, which made the keyboard unusable with my pitch continuously a step up or below and no ability to change it. I sent the unit in, and they replaced the pitch wheel assembly and board. It works like new, and they sent it back to me with a really quick turnaround. I was a week out of warranty, but there was no charge to me, and shipping was paid by them. Fan for life, as I already loved the Keylab 88 MKII. But, I really, really appreciate their customer service. Thank you!

I am extremely satisfied with Arturia's repair center and customer service. I recently sent my drumbrute in for repair after I was prompted when registering it. I was very surprised that they would repair my unit, even when I purchased it second hand. When I received my unit back, one of the pads was triggering intermittently. They hadme send it back a second time, and it's now fixed! So awesome! Thank you again.

First I googled where to get a replacement part for my Keylab and there wasn't much out there, so I went to the Arturia website and filled out a support request. The part was on its way to me within a couple days. Arturia rules!

I had an excellent experience with the customer support team once I got a hold of them. I reached out first via email, but it didn’t go through the proper channels. When I submitted a support request through the website, it was very quick and thorough troubleshooting, and then a painless repair mail in service.
I got the keyboard back in two weeks with a new keybed and everything working exactly as it should.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service. My Minifuse 2 had some issue with the phantom power. Talked with them and they sent a new unit. It took its time, but considering I live in Colombia, I thought it was a wonderful service. I will definitely buy from them again, considering this amazing service. Special thanks to Daniel and the crew who helped me solve the issue.
V Collection 9 - frustré de mon achat
Achat réalisé sur Thomann, installation facile. Quelques soucis pour faire fonctionner la pédale sustain avec le Piano V3, mais j'ai été bien aidé par le forum. Au global je suis un peu frustré - je n'arrive pas à bien faire sonner le piano qui est un plugin très important pour moi, meilleure expérience avec le Rhodes et le B3. Et des presets pas forcément engageants sur les différents synthés... j'ai dû acheter un autre plugin pour avoir rapidement un son valable type Electronic Piano DX7 alors que le DX7 est présent dans les synthés.
Frustration supplémentaire, promo Steinberg le jour suivant pour avoir la V Collection à -40% par rapport à Thomann. J'ai un peu (beaucoup) l'impression de m'être fait avoir.

Great help from Daniel to fix the audiofuse interface
Daniel and his team spent a lot time helping fixing the issue that I had with my audiofuse interface. They did an excellent job troubleshooting the problem and finally repaired it to the original working conditions!! Thought it took a while but it was definitely worth the wait to make sure the issue could be resolved the right way! I truly recommend working with them to address any issues you may have with the product you bought.
