I just wanted to say thank you to Daniel and the rest of the tech support team. Last week, a key stopped working on my Keylab 88 mkII. I contacted support and they had me run through diagnostics and try reinstalling the firmware, etc. They set up and appointment with the authorized repair shop here in LA and witching less that a week, my keyboard was not only repaired, but the techs at the shop told me that even did maintenance on my board AND they touched up a few little paint nicks. ( I have the white one.)

Frighteningly good software
Frighteningly good software. It's exactly like they say: plugins you will actually use. I work with plugins from UAD, Softube, Brainworx - and Arturia is right up there with the best you can get. They have fantastic compressors, EQs, filters and distortions that just work.

Interface repair
The tech team was extremely helpful identifying the problem via email. When we identified it was an issue and not just user error, the after sales team was incredibly quick to arrange fast international shipping, the repair and return shipping was very fast, and the issue was resolved.
International Customer Support - Resolved Faulty Pitch Wheel
I am from Karachi, Pakistan and I bought a brand new Arturia Keylab 49 Mk2 midi controller from a local importer (NOT an authorised Arturia Service center). I had an issue with the pitch wheel knob (pitch wheel drift). I contacted Arturia customer support and explained them the issue. Gave them the proof of purchase with the date and serial number and they guided me to troubleshoot the issue, once i did what they asked, they shipped a brand new pitch wheel knob with instructions to replace the faulty one. Now my Midi keyboard works the way it should and I couldn’t be more happy with the response i got from the after sales team. I thought that because i am an international customer i might not get help but kudos to Arturia. They really mean it when they say “Musically Yours”.

Greetings from Switzerland. Since few years I am using the Audiofuse Audio interface which is an incredible product. Very powerful and lots of features. The past weeks were exhausting. After returning a clonewheel organ (thin sound) to the manufacturer i bought a Hammond SKX Pro……i plugged it in the Audiofuse and got a weak signal on one channel. I went mad since I thought the Hammond/Audiofuse was defective .Thanks to the great after-sales services and Eduardos help my problem was solved with in 24 hours. Now i can concentrate on playing music rather than looking for mistakes. Thanks again for all help. Please continue with great products and great services. All the best. Tim

Arturia's amazing after-sales service
I had an issue with encoders caps on my BeatStep Pro and asked Arturia where I could source some more in the UK. They sent me all 20 replacements free of charge within a few days as well as some stickers :) Amazing customer service!

My Keylab 88 MKII had a glitchy key that was bothering me, after I had had the keyboard for under a year. I contacted support about it, and they got back to me with a bunch of helpful info to diagnose the issue. I ended up having to ship it to their repair facilities in California (which was very stressful, but ended out being a smooth process), and I had it back in my hands in just over a week! Big shoutout to Daniel and Ricardo at support who helped keep me informed on the process. I 100% recommend Arturia for their products and after sales support.

When I lost one of the knob covers for an encoder on one of their products they promptly sent one to me free of charge. This clearly shows how they value their customers. The products are great too btw :)

Excellent customer service
I had an issue where I managed to damage one of the rotary encoder on my Keylab Mk2. I contacted support to see where I could source a replacement part and they have offered to ship me a replacement with no charge. I'm more than happy with the service received!
