Sublime Customer Service
I own a slew of Arturia hardware & software. Recently purchased a used MicroBrute from a local pawn shop, as they're no longer in production or readily available new. Oddly enough it came with the preset sheets but no patch cables for its micro-patch bay, and though the unit is operational, the knobs & faders are in bad shape.
After contacting Arturia's customer support & informing them of my dilemma they generously offered me an auspicious solution free of charge. They were already one of my favorite manufacturers but with this they've earned my loyalty. Already planned on picking up a DrumBrute Impact & MiniFreak to accompany my MicroFreak, this only expedites those plans. Thanks Arturia (particularly Daniel & Gaby) ! !

My old Beatstep Pro (out of warranty) has a faulty encoder, so I asked Arturia for the part number, and now they are sending me a replacement encoder free of charge.
This is why I support Arturia, and their instruments will always have a place in my studio. Thanks team!

I had a led stop working on my Keystep Pro and approached Arturia with my concerns that there could have been some underlying problem that could cause more trouble in the future.
After some discussion, and since I was comfortable replacing the part, they sent me a replacement UI board free of charge. Everything's working fine now.
I felt they wouldn't let the matter go until I was satisfied, and I'm very happy with the outcome.
Will buy Arturia products again for sure!

Polybrute service
Had a persistent issue with my polybrute. I had an intermittent voice defect. I shipped it in for repair, and they couldn’t replicate the issue, so they sent it back. It worked fine for a few months then BOOM, happened again. Even though I was technically past warranty they assured me if the issue happened again I would be covered. Eduardo kept his word and helped me out, a replacement unit is on the way!

I am very satisfied with the service provided. The guarantee on my MicroFreak had expired and my local retailer could not assist me. I contacted Arturia and within a few weeks I received a new board which i installed easily. Very happy to have my unit back to life !

The support was outstanding! The speed a manner that the support team worked on my repair was excellent.
They managed to turn my repair around in 3 days and that included the shipping to and from France from the UK.
I have full confidence buying anything Arturia in the future.
Minifreak Output Issue
My Minifreak had an odd gain imbalance between the left and right outputs. After some back and forth with Arturia's responsive support team they had me send the unit back for repair where they quickly confirmed the issue and decided to send me a brand new unit! Really great experience all around.

I'm an Arturia Keylab MKII 88 user
I'm an Arturia Keylab MKII 88 user. I liked this product so much that I decided to also purchase the 49 key version as a portable keyboard / synth. I was able to find a demo unit at my local music store, However it was missing the overlay magnetic templates for my DAW. I contacted Arturia support and within 2 days they informed me that the replacement overlays were on there way to me at no charge. I was very impressed with both the speed and support for this company. It was as good as their products. Thank you Daniel at Arturia support!!!
