Sticky soft touch knobs on the Microbrute
I had problems with the old sticky soft touch knobs on my Arturia Microbrute. A short email conversation with the Arturia support brought relief.
Arturia sent me a new set of knobs and the sliders free of charge to Germany. Now the good feel is back!

Each step of the issue status was well-defined and progress was shared with me through emails. There was clear communication the whole time.
Significantly, emails weren't condescending; they offered concrete options to try, etc.
In the end, after some back and forth, I received back my now-working keyboard. I was very satisfied.
Superb Value-added Products and Customer Support
Needless to say, Arturia teams are top-notch, both product-wise and support-wise! And they reach out globally to support customers with big or small requests. My only gripe was the long wait for the support crew (most likely a bit short-handed at times) to get back to me after the initial contact.

Drumbrute needed a well-known PCB repair. Only a company like Arturia would, given the age of the product, be prepared to repair this type of fault free of charge. Their customer service and their support of their products is exemplary.

Great service. I had an issue with my keyboard, which support was super attentive and fast at getting my issue fixed, and even helped me replace a few knobs I had misplaced. Def recommend!!

Great communication and excellent after sales service to fix a tiny manufacturing issue (not everything can be perfect in an imperfect world but the Arturia support team more than made up for it). From first raising the issue to replacement part arriving took exactly 1 week.

The good folks at Arturia Support turned out to be really dedicated to doing a great job. My Drumbrute was repaired and returned to me within a few days.
Everything was handled very professionally and courteous.
On top of that they made me feel appreciated as a customer. I am going to buy a Polybrute next, now that i feel i am in good hands should i ever need anything.

Not only incredible products, but incredible support. I had a pre-sales question that was answered by their site, but because of past experiences with well known VST companies with shady business practices, opened a ticket to make sure that their transfer policy is really as simple as they say. They provided an informative response that addressed my specific concerns. They later assisted me with the transfer process (that they made no money off of). They then later helped with another issue that we were able to isolate to my DAW. Some of the most innovative music software and great customer service.
Great Customer Service
I have an aging keyboard that had the LCD screen burn out. It's not unexpected for the amount of hours used. The Arturia repair team took me through several steps to solve the issue. The team cared very much about my issue and tried to avoid me spending money unnecessarily. Eventually, the problem was solved with very little money. I'm very happy with the service and will remain an Arturia customer.

Missing part replaced free of charge
Arturia offered me immediate help when I found out my second hand rack brute was missing a key links-screw. All I had to do was show my serial number and pay 3 EUR postage. Great guys and great products!
