The advice from the vet was great. Thank you. But this site enrolled me as a member and kept charging me a monthly fee I never agreed to. This site is as total scam run by crooks who prey on people when they are vulnerable. Avoid them.

SCAM. Tried to charge me more than they said. Im sure the live chat vet assistant is AI.

A complete scam. Keeps charging $65 even though charge being denied by bank every time. It is making me completely crazy. NEVER use this site!

Do NOT fall for this website. They tell you you only need to pay $5 and that it’s “fully refundable” and then they end up charging you $70 for a “membership” that you never signed up for. They did this to me and I tried to get my money back but they said that I agreed to the membership when I agreed to their terms and conditions. Such a joke. I had to dispute the charge and get a whole new card. DO NOT DO IT. Call a 24 hour vet near you I promise you can be 2 hours away from the location and they will answer any questions you have for free.

so you saw I just recently filed a complaint to get them for the $5 I agreed to pay under the false impression that they would help me get a prescription for heartworm medication for my dog. the vet simply replied I can't do that. apparently they felt that was worth $65 in charge my credit card for it which my credit card reached out about. I have informed them that I did not approve a $65 charge. I tried to reach out to ask a veterinarian.com and ask for a refund. they wanted another $5 to ask for the refund.

This is a rip off first of all the vet referred me somewhere else so he did nothing than I was charged $65.00 now I see they have continued to charge me the same for nothing. Can’t get them to cancel and refund me.

they say they will only charge 5 dollars, but after my bank blocked the charge to make sure it wasn't a mistake, I saw the were already trying to charge the 65 dollars up front. waste of time. no way to continue chat for clarification once the chat bot has opened the payment screen.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. I was told that there would be a $5 fee for using the service. I was not told about the monthly $65 fee, or that I was signing up for a subscription. I was pretty sure I was going to have to bring my pet to a vets office for the issue, but thought for $5, it would be worth it. But it was most definitely NOT worth $70. How can they even be in business when they advertise a $5 fee, then charge you $70 without telling you, and never telling you that it is a monthly subscription. I cancelled my subscription and will never use them again. The vet I texted with was nice, but I don't understand how anyone could work for such a deceptive company. Don't use them. They are con artists, preying on people in some distress over their pet. They should be investigated and put out of business.

I signed up for a $5 ask a question account. I had to speak to 4 different people to get to someone who would stay in the chat long enough to get to even have some what a conversation that ended in take your pet to a vet. No help at all! Then I noticed they charged my account $70. I tried to find out what the charge was for and could not get a response. I then tried to cancel and there was no response other that look in my charges to see who charged me and contact them. They charged my account another $65. I notified my bank and canceled my card. They are in the process of disputing the charges for me.

Like everyone else said, VERY DECEPTIVE billing practices. They hide that you will be signed up for a monthly charge of $65 if you use the service once. There wasn't an email to confirm I was being billed. It took me 8 months to realize they had been charging my card. When I called in, they said they couldn't do anything about it, (repeatedly) when I said I would go dispute it with my bank they offered 3 months of refunds and nothing else. I took that and said I would still be disputing it with my bank. The gentleman seemed irritated. I learned a costly lesson regarding researching sites before using them. RUN from this company!

They said it would be $5. and then when I gave my cc info they charged me. $5. + $65= $70.

That is a sleazy way to do business!

I canceled immediately, and then got an email that said they would refund the $70 in 3 to 5 days. I hope that happens.

Was quoted $5 for consultation, but charged $65 PLUS the $5. Don't do it!

What connected to a vet got what o needed. CANCELLED my membership and then was charged regardless took 3 months to access my account and now I can't get a refund terrible customer service not worth it states you can cancel at anytime is a lie THIS IS A SCAM

Says only $5 I have been charged $65 a month for 3 months! Try chatting with them and ask them to cancel they want me to pay another $5!!! 🤔🤔🤣🤣🤣

Scam. After taking to AI as usual I finally was speaking to a “vet”. Sounded AI-ish to me he gave me some suggestions and I did some research after we hung up and everything he said was wrong. First he said cats with UTIs usually heal on its own, which is not true. Then he said give the cat some water and put some milk in it so she drinks it. Which you’re not supposed to give cats milk it cannot affect their stomach and make things worse. Then he was insisting on me buying something from Amazon and I kept explaining to him that we are having ice storms and we won’t be getting anything from Amazon for a few days. Besides, we don’t have overnight deliveries here. So thanks for nothing. What a waste of time and thanks for the scam in fine print saying it’s a $65 monthly subscription. I took care of that quick.

They prey on people!! They tell you all you have to do it pay a $5 fee to speak to a vet. What they hid in the fine print was that you were actually starting a monthly membership at $65 a month. My poor mom was charged 2 months before she noticed and the initial email they sent her also made it difficult to find the contact information to cancel the membership. I tried getting the info through their chat, but to speak to someone, they wanted me to pay, you guessed it, $5. The only reason they get 1 star is because when I finally found the number for customer service, the agent was very helpful and friendly. Do not use this service!! It's not worth it!!

The chat tells you that there is a $5.00 refundable fee to talk to a vet and when you agree, a $65.00 non refundable fee is automatically charged to your card as a new membership without your authorization.

Do not use. Giant scam… and if you use it they automatically enroll you in a membership that you don’t know about and charge your account. Beware. Also it was also not helpful. AI did a better job. They should be shut down for their scam!
