I have been trying for two days now to contact them for a pick up but no one will answer the phone it just keeps on ringing constantly left voicemail on out of hours phone and have emailed them yes it is a good price but that doesn't mean they have to ignore their phones at there call centre a good price doesn't mean a good company I have eventually got through and spoken to a young lady called rosa and she was very polite and apologetic and even got me a consarlation for my pick up money in my account the next day so overall I may have jumped the gun as keep on trying and you will eventually get through so not quite a 5 star only because the problem with contacting them 👍

Used Assington Autos for the first time..all I can say is I wished I heard about them sooner.. Takes a while to get through on phone but trust me.. stick with it because I now think there the best around 👍 Very Polite very helpful and quick recovery and money next day in your Account…What more you want.!!

All the staff are friendly , helpful and knowledgeable. From the beginning I was treated well, given a good price agreed a date for collection.On the day I was contacted with a time of arrival .When the driver arrived he was very pleasant and soon got the car loaded and paperwork done.
