The office staff were really on the ball. After I accepted the very fair offer for our scrap car they arranged for it to be collected within 48 hours. On the day, the transporter crew arrived promptly and were very professional and helpful. Thanks to all involved.

Assington Autos did exactly what they said they would do. They gave me a good price for my scrap car and honoured it, they provided really helpful advice via WhatsApp, they collected on the date they said they would and they called me 30 mins beforehand to say they were close by. The driver (Mark I believe) was brilliant, he just got on with it. And they paid me on time. What more can I say, excellent experience all round.

Disposing of my car was very easy due to the great website and online service. No need to make phone calls, as when you enter your vehicle details, they make you an offer immediately online. What I thought would be a complicated and hard job to scrap my car was completely the opposite. The staff were really friendly and went through all the information I needed followed up by a WhatsApp message with it all in . A call the day before and 20 mins before they picked it up. Such a good company and it couldn’t have been easier. Thank you

Hi my car was picked up today , although it was not plain sailing , the brakes were stuck on and steering lock jammed. However the pick up technician never gave up and completed the job in good time without any inconvenience to anyone .Thank you. Ken W
