I wanted an Android head unit for my Mokka that would look like an OEM factory fit, rather than a tablet stuck on the fascia, and ATD were the only ones that seemed to do that. It cost a bit more than the fleaBay and AliExpress cheapos, but would integrate with the car systems through a CANBUS box, so I went for it.
I called to check a few things before ordering online, and Sarah at ATD was brilliant, giving sound advice on adding a DAB unit, and putting my mind at rest on fitting this unit.
It arrived just after Xmas (fairly quickly considering the post around then), and fit fairly easily. I had some issues with it 'talking' to the car through the CANBUS, but after a couple of calls Sarah sorted me out (my head unit now thinks it is in an Astra, but it works!).
The unit is brilliant and I love it, and I am grateful to Sarah and ATD for all their help. I plan to keep my Mokka (Astra?) for a long time, so it's a good investment. Highly recommended.

Bought head unit for my car. Seller recommended additional items which were not required for my car. Furthermore, the media unit arrived after 2 weeks with no instructions whatsoever. Luckily paid through PayPal. I requested a return and here is where all the drama started. The seller first asked me to close the return request on PayPal if he is to provide advice on installation. Of course I didn't. He then kept telling me how he doesn't understand why I want to return it. As a result, I had a bad feeling that he might be a dishonest seller, so I decided to take a video and pictures of the unit before sending items back using special delivery on my own expense. Unsurprisingly, the seller had broken a plastic bit on the back of the unit and refused to refund, claiming that I had broken it. Little did he know that I had all the photographic proof to confirm that the item was in perfect condition when I sent it. PayPal reviewed my case and of course refunded me eventually. Bottom line is, this is a dishonest and malicious seller. I would advise to avoid.

Edit: The seller now has responded to my review yet again with lies. I have the email where they ask me to close the PayPal case in order for them to provide further help. Furthermore, at no point did they say that the unit required professional installation. Also, I never said that their unit is not working or that it is working simply because it was never installed. I am astonished that the seller is blatantly being dishonest with regards to the broken bit. I have photographic and video evidence showing that I sent the unit in perfect condition. I am happy to provide these if required. It is crystal clear to me that this company is far from being professional, trustworthy or reliable. Again, I advise buyers to think well before getting entangled with them.

I ordered a L200 android CarPlay unit from ATD. From the initial enquiry about what I needed they couldnt of been more helpful, they told me exactly what I needed it came in a bundle, it arrived m next day, I fitted it but couldn’t get the steering wheel controls to work I sent them a message they sent me one straight back telling me to check some settings (which was very easy) I got it sorted in minutes and I couldn’t be happier

Do NOT trust this company I'm extreamly shocked by their response to my complaint furthermore I was sold items that don't even match the unit bought this includes digital car camera also DAB radio Ariel.
AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!!

My experience is that this is a thoroughly trustworthy and caring company, with an emphasis on providing quality installation, tailored to what was best for me. I had a Kenwood car radio fitted, and a reversing camera with sensors. A UK company that truly deserves five-stars for their expertise and support, in my opinion.

Initially had some issues with postage delays but the company corrected the situation and upgraded the postage service free of charge.

I purchaed one of ADTs head units for my car and I asked for some technical information,and within minutes I received all the technical information I ask for from customer care.1st class service 5*****

I am absolutely delighted with my new system. Here is why…

Undoubtedly, the replacement ‘Infotainment’ system purchased from ATD is intended for expert fitting with minimal instructions in the box. That said, the support provided both before and after sale means anyone with some basic understanding can achieve a great result with a new unit providing far far more capability than the standard unit it replaces.

My experience…

During multiple telephone and email conversations, we confirmed that the proposed unit was the best match for my car from their range of products.

Once the unit arrived, ATD promptly answered my questions about connections and then provided accurate details on a few settings changes to ensure the unit worked correctly.

Fitting one of these units does require some basic understanding and I watched a few online videos related to my car to see how to extract the existing unit and how to pull through some wires (specifically the GPS and 4G/5G aerials). Once fitted, ATD provided accurate answers to my configuration queries, all of which were settings that are not normal ‘user’ features. Then all done.

I now have wireless CarPlay/Auto connection, far better sound quality with full tone controls, a far bigger (9”) display than the original equipment (6”), new on-screen graphic features now appearing (door left open, heater controls being changed) and improved graphics for actions such as the parking sensors. Plus it looks great and modern.

I highly commend ATD for their product (which was totally tailored for my car with all templates and wiring customised for my model) and their friendly service and expertise.

That said you must be comfortable with understanding some basic wiring tasks and terminology about your vehicle and be able to articulate any issues you are having. ATD has the staff to assist and their response was always quick and accurate.

Alternatively, get one of these units fitted by a professional car electrician who will have no difficulty providing you with a superb solution. It will probably take them an hour or perhaps two to fit and configure.

I messaged the company late on a Friday. The customer service was excellent, they took the time to help and guide me in selecting the part I needed.

I had really issues with the radio installation. The Team from audiotech helped me a lot. There was a language barrier but they didn't care and gave me step by step all tipps that i needed. Also due to the fact that i ordered not a very high costly item made them really sympathetic ! Thx Kolli

Couldn't be happier with the service and advice given for my new radio. A company who knows what they are talking about, excellent knowledge and fitting service. I would definitely use again and would advice others to do the same

This review is has been forwarded purely on aftermarket feedback. There are no instructional videos or diagrams/notes to give the customer additional installation information, hence only 1 star

they ignore defects and to get a full refund becomes a headache. Incorrect pinout and cable color is normal. The range that they sell can be found on Aliexpress for half the price with a money back guarantee. I do not recommend buying directly from their website. Use eBay if you really want to buy from them. Take care of yourself, Remember, nerve cells do not recover.

Absolutely fantastic service, were so thorough with getting my CarPlay unit for my Fiat 500 connected and set up as well as getting my adometer fixed. Couldn’t recommend more!

There is only one word that sums up this company - OUTSTANDING. Sarah was patient with all my questions right at the beginning to ensure I got the right stereo and supporting cables. Fast delivery, superb condition just spot on. The car however made things tricky but James the technician jumped in, asked for pictures and within 30mins had resolved the issue and has been on hand to talk me through the changes.
