Drivers are always friendly, efficient and helpful, no matter the weather. Much appreciated.

Driver was excellent. He knew his stuff and wore the pointless high viz jacket and even chocked his truck on my level drive.

Driver arrived on time then very quickly and efficiently dispensed the Gas . Would recommend.

Efficient and timely delivery. First we knew of it was when the receipt came through the door.

The driver arrived knew where the tank was , connected up , filled up , left the delivery note and departed. This was all very quick and effecient.

The person I spoke to was lovely but despite ringing AvantiGas 3 times they still have not removed an invoice which has already been paid. I was told that this invoice has been paid but still 4 weeks later they still have not removed and have put a hold on the account so can’t order LPG, very poor service!

Had my first AvantiGas delivery of LPG this morning. The driver came just after 7am and did not disturb me - but put my delivery note through the letterbox. He also put the planter of flowers back nicely afterwards.

Easy. Signed up to a 2 year deal, Avanti decided to deliver (because they had a remote access to gauge), driver just needed to know where the tank was and sorted it all out. Bill a few days later.

I’ve not used lpg till we moved to this house a few weeks ago, but it’s easy enough…

Quick delivery, Gary very proficient and paid less per litre than in Dec 2025. What more could we ask !! Ps Paula ? On phone was brilliant

My 1st contact was with a lovely lady called Jayne she answered my query with ease and professionalism and then even took my order for gas instead of saying you can do it on line Jayne is and asset to Avantigas after I spent 30 years working for for you as a engineer I was very impressed with the service.
Then within two days my gas was delivered I was not at home was impressed the way my property was left with all my gate closed too often when people deliver to my property they leave the gates open and as I have a dog this is very worrying but I have always found all your driver's to be very professional safety conscious and polite a rarity these days well done all and thank you

Terrible company who during our time with them had long delivery times, had my tank in a place which is against regulations and unsafe. Now we have left they refuse to move it without charging us. We have kids in the house and the gas tanks is being left in an unsafe manner according to there safety team but they refuse to come collect. Money over safety for there own property not mine. It’s that safety critical they have ignored last two emails also

Delivery this time was great. Filled the tank easily and quickly and put the delivery note through the letter box. This is in contrast to last delivery where I hooted my horn as driver started to reverse into my drive as I was just driving out - he swore at me twice! He then left the delivery note outside in the rain.

Admin staff were extremely helpful in setting up our account and our first delivery was perfect, didn’t even hear the driver, he came very early and very quietly so well done him!

Lovely customer service. Really helpful. Took their time to explain everything really well and what to expect going forward. Didn't feel rushed. Happy customer 😊
